Yeah, delivering to this place is a horrible thing. Some days are good and some days you get this guys very lazy. Don’t do nothing walking around. You can sit here for 3 4 5 hours. It just depends who you get.

I needed a label for a tiny brown padded envelope weighing about 3oz. A lady at the counter told me the best way for me to get the address printed on the label would be to use the self service machine in the lobby. (Ok, I can do that.) I located the machine and followed the directions as best I could, paid the $2.50 in shipping, and received a label with zero address info on it. (Ok, kind of annoying but we'll go with it.) After writing down the addresses myself, I went back to the counter to make sure I had it done correctly before attaching the label or dropping it in the box. I got a different lady who immediately told me I printed the wrong label and that it wouldn't work. I explained that I tried my best to follow the instructions I was given by the other employee/the machine and asked if there was anything she could do. She immediately stuck my label on the envelope and then acted like she was going to help fix the problem... Only to inform me I now owed a minimum of $7 in additional shipping and that she could not refund my previous label... Which I potentially could've used to repackage my small item in an appropriate envelope. So now I'm out a label, and an envelope, aaaaand I still have my package because I couldn't justify spending the same amount on shipping as I spent on the item I was trying to send. Truly terrible experience.

Terrible postal service... It used to be fantastic but not anymore. I have sent 2 ebay packages and in 17 days they have not been delivered to my customers. It is like they were never accepted at the post office. There is no updates on tracking at all. I stopped by today and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. She told me to contact ebay. Ebay didn't lose my packages. My mailman is so lazy he can't pick up my mail from my mailbox. I have business mail going out daily. You guys are the absolute worst. If I were in charge things would get done right or you would be fired. Come on people get your act together. My customers are angry that they haven't received their mail.
I just want someone to help me but I never got that from my local office.
I need someone to help me.

Had an excellent experience getting our passport photos taken. Samantha was welcoming and friendly when getting
us set up for our appointment. The photographer was fast and efficient. A nice facility and very helpful staff.

Passport services offered by appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful. However there are not enough staff which is what happens when you defund government services.

Never put UPS packages accidentally in post office mailbox . Or you will never find it . they will disappear and get lost .
The most importantly , the lady ( they said she is the manager ) didnot care your UPS package. She refused to help me find the package. “ there is nothing I can do “ she said most. Called customer service…. Wasting time and no success.

I visited this USPS location for my passport application and had a great experience. I made an online appointment in advance and brought my completed (but unsigned) DS-11 form. I also had my passport photo taken at the location. The entire process inside took just 5 to 10 minutes. It was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. Highly recommend this location for passport services.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I am extremely upset. I ordered 221 photos from Shutterfly to mail to my dad on June 24th. They had my photos until today August 3rd and I finally received them after waiting wayyyy too long. Okay cool I got them, no I open my box and there’s literally ONE photo!!! With a note saying they lost my pictures. My photo envelope was opened as well. WHY DID YOU OPEN MY STUFF?! AND HOW DID YOU LOSE 220 PHOTOS?! And then give me one photo and a crappy lil note saying it was opened and you’re sorry?! Like no give me my money for my package and shipping if you’re that sorry. I waited over a month for photos I should have received the first week of July. Sending me one photo and a written note was just disappointing and disrespectful. Of course you can’t go online and file a complaint and they don’t answer phones. Yall need to fix this I expect this issue to be resolved this week (August 4th). Had no reason to hold my package, no reason to open it, and no reason to lose it. If y’all knew how important this was to me to send these to my dad who I haven’t seen in 20 years you’d understand why I am absolutely livid. Y’all have a whole 2 star rating maybe your facility should be shut down since clearly no one knows what their doing.

The point of sale system is painfully slow causing major waits for things that should take 2 minutes. In addition understaffed, 3 people here and 1 just left with a line of people out the door. 9 people here 2 people at the desk.

A priority letter has been sitting at the Springfield distribution center since 7/23/25. It is now 7/25/25, and no idea if or when it will continue on its way.
