This place got me in 2 hours early. The staff is very nice, and the prices are less than half of what it cost 20 minutes away in Springfield what I got for $80 would have cost me $240 in Springfield.

We have had 8 dogs with VCA and have gone through everything routine to unexpected loss. The staff is incredible and frequently goes above and beyond for us. We trust them to always be honest and caring with our animals. Highly recommend!

Took my Gidget in to have her checked out since her health had started to decline and wanted to see if anything was wrong and also get in with a vet who is close to me in case anything happened that I needed to get her seen quickly since she is 14 now.Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and all who handled Gidget were so wonderful. We saw Dr. Black and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Gidget was given a pain injection and cold laser therapy and Gidget is so content and not shaking from pain anymore. I highly recommend going here.

Dr. Garoot and the entire staff at vca are amazing. They have treated my parents dog for years with knowledge, compassion and skill. I love them so much that when it was time for my senior cat to have wellness check, I brought here even tho I live in chicago..... because when u find the best....thats the people you want looking out for our furry family. Highest respect and appreciation to Dr. Garoot and all at vca. You are making a difference!

I'm given this place a 1 star review even though I wish it could be a zero star review. We went to Florida for a week and boarded our dog tucker. Tucker is a goofy, silly, happy, and shy only when he doesn't know people. The last time we took our dog here they loved him and sent pictures, but it was guy who was taking care of him last time. This time it was women. My grandpa had called head of time like 3 weeks before we left to go on our trip to fill out information on tucker. He did but when we got there to drop him off the front lady said she had no information on tucker, and my grandpa had to refill the information out, when the lady came to get tucker you could see the lady was not happy or cheerful about here job and we told here the basics of his like routine and what he usually does and after we left. come Monday me and my grandma walk in to pick up tucker and when they come out with him they said that tucker was not cooperative and didn't want to go out on a walk and was showing his teeth and trying to bite at them. When tucker gets excited he shows his teeth, not in an aggressive way. They also said when they tried to feed him that he would try to bite at them and that he didn't eat any of his dry food and only wet. Which is not true, because I filled his container of food all the way up and when we got it back almost half of it was gone. Tucker is not a aggressive dog. He is scared of people he doesn't know and will hide and move back and like hide behind someone or something, he doesn't bite at all or even growl. My cousin friend has also taken her dog here before and has said they are most rudest people she has ever met. They also said when they tried to take him out that he showed his teeth and tried to bite that they go scared and only took him out one time. This place is horrible and we are never taking him back ever again. I do not trust these people anymore. Not to mention the last we took him here the guy who was taking care of him has said he was the best dog he has ever seen.

My baby Tuco got super sick and I called as a worried mama and the girls got me in right away after the doctor (Dr. Black) called back immediately. He was treated promptly and with care for a fair price (although he is priceless :)) Thank you parkcrest!

We use the dog boarding here. They gave us report cards of our dogs. It was the cutest thing. One was a perfect angel, the other not so much. They were both very well taken care of and you can tell they love all animals.

I received the wrong sized syringes; I ordered U-40s, got U-100s. The label on the box is correct, U-40! I am able to compensate and provide my pet the proper amount of insulin, but the worker who labeled it and the worker who have it to me should have informed me of the change. This is not good.

I have used Parkcrest for about 2 years. Recently something has changed and each experience has been awful. First, I came in to my scheduled appt with my dog and cat and was told it would be 1h wait or reschedule. My other appts have also had these excessive wait times despite having a scheduled appt. My other cat had scabs and was losing hair, brought her in to be checked out twice ($100each time) and had 2 different Dr tell me 2 different things and paid for 2 diff medications. Then to have her spayed they wanted an additional $500! I paid over $200 already for them to tell me she “might” have fleas even though she’s treated and I’ve never seen any and they didn’t either. She’s vomiting and howling because she’s in heat? It seems the service has gone down hill and they’re just throwing around astronomical prices casually. They’ve lost my recommendation after all of this.

Simon has been taken care of with utmost compassion and love. Appointments are on time, never rushed. Follow up calls of concern are appreciated. He is thriving for a 16 year old! Always professional, compassionate care from staff and Dr. Sherman.
