I know without a doubt my car is in great hands when it needs repairs. Chris and his crew are some of the best. They are knowledgeable, reputable and have very fair rates. It doesn’t matter if you are a female or someone who doesn’t know about cars you will get the same treatment as someone who does have car knowledge- therefore knowing you won’t be paying for unnecessary repairs. I’ve taken many vehicles to them (as have several members of my family and friends)over the years to have fixed and they stand behind all the work they’ve done.

I recently had an emergency with my car we and smoke was coming from under the hood. Fortunately I was able to make it to Vehicles Unlimited around 3:00p where they checked it immediately and told me it was unsafe to drive because it might catch on fire. They had replaced the power steering hose that had caused the issue and had my car up and ready for me to pick up before noon the next morning! Thanks to their kind and courteous team who took care of my issue so quickly! Much appreciated!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I had an AC system charged by the shop, noting I am a well-versed mechanic, I told them there was air in the system, and to evac the system longer in order to get all the air out of the system which takes a minimum of 2 to 3 hours to do.
They were done in an hour, which instantly raised concerns and not only that, but the AC was not even blowing cold air when they finished. Ethan told me the pressure to the high side and low side were all normal and they didn‘t know why it wasn’t blowing cold air. He said maybe the fan is blowing the wrong direction through the grill, which was clearly not even an issue as that’s the direction it’s supposed to blow. At that point he didn’t offer to look at it another day or anything and I left.
Afterwards I checked all other areas that potentially could be an issue and when all checked out as being properly working, I took it to the Acura dealership. They evacuated the system and instantly realized there was 1.7% air in the system and the system was only charged .260 kg instead of a minimum of .500 kg. BIG PROBLEM!
Then they charged the system, which DID take a total of three hours, and the AC was blowing cold and everything looked as it should. They added dye to the system and looked for any leaks and went over the whole AC system, which all looked good. I took the documentation showing the air in the system and the half charged system to have evidence that Vehicles Unlimited, did not properly EVAC the system nor charge the system correctly.
I called Ethan and he refused to give me a refund and said it was not their fault. Ethan actually tried to say that the pressure was a little off all of a sudden when I was there, which was a lie, as well as other potential problems and that they didn’t do anything wrong. I asked him what was the difference between leaving his Shop with no cold air blowing and the Acura dealership leaving with cold air blowing if they supposedly did the exact same thing? Ethan did not have an answer for this, all he did was try to say there’s maybe other potential issues! Unbelievable! Unprofessional and refusal to take responsibility for their error. I definitely would not trust this shop with any car.

Vehicles Unlimited is amazing! We recently had our transmission go out. Not only did they deal with our extended warranty company, but they were honest and transparent with my options. Once the repair was authorized, they had it rebuilt super fast! I love that I found a reputable shop with reasonable rates.

One of the hardest things to find is a skilled honest Mechanic. I cannot say enough about Vehicles Unlimited. For me the search is over. Chris, Allen thank you, you guys are amazing. If you need your vehicle serviced by skilled mechanics at a reasonable price Vehicles Unlimited is the answer.
