I have been coming to this location for several years now. I have had a great experience here every time. Some visits took longer than others, especially with getting a new phone and data switched over, but I think that’s just the nature of technology. The people are knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

They tell a lot, but when you really need help, they don’t want to help, they start being stupid. I am very unhappy, I lost a lot of time, but they couldn’t and don’t want to help me.

Dominique was wonderful! I came in with issues worh my phone and she was able to fix it and lower my rate by $10 a month! She was patient and kind, thanks again!

We knew what we wanted. Ordered within 10. Minutes and had to leave at two hours and they still didn't get all the data switched over. New employee should have had more help.

I never leave reviews, but after what happened I need to. I called the store to see if they had any iPhone 15 pro max available. I was told they did and set up an appointment to go in. When I got there they told me they didn’t actually have any, but they are just ordering them for people. When I said I wasn’t interested in doing that they told me that I could have a 50/50 shot of getting a returned iPhone 15. A return of something I wasn’t even asking for. Shady business do not come here.

I purchased a Verizon Hot Spot on Aug 30th. I was told I could return it within 30 days if it did not work in my area. I took it out of the box, plugged it in and it worked. But, there were constant problems buffering and it just did not work very well. Tried to return it back to Russell Cellular but I got the wrong box so they would not accept it. But the manager told me I could return it to the store in Branson. I spent almost an hour waiting there only to be told I had to return it to a Russell Cellular store. I went back to this store today and they told me I had damaged the equipment so they could not take it back. They would not check the device to see that it still worked. There was a small scuff to the upper right corner which was most likely there when I picked it up. Tried to talk to their Customer Resolution Center but was told the same thing. When asked if she had seen the so-called damage the employees were accusing me of, she said no. When asked if that hot spot had been sold and returned before, she said she didn't know and didn't ask. I brought it back to my office and it works fine. Called Verizon directly and they are taking it back. Lesson learned - DO NOT DEAL WITH "AUTHORIZED RESELLERS".

If you like identity theft this location is for you. They will ask you to sign up for a credit card and have it sent activated to an address of their choosing WATCH OUT!!!!!! It has been months fixing my credit and this retailer said I must have given them the address I never lived at.

Update! I went into this Verizon store to get my daughter's phone activated. It was busy, but the staff was professional and on point! I was impressed ? I had a great experience, and my daughter left happy

They know nothing about the phones they sell. I purposely went into a store because I don't have time for a call and I drive for a living with no other phone for them to call on and after waiting 10 mi uses just to talk, they did exactly what I told them I personally have already done, didn't address my second issue, and only set me up for a call, which is exactly what I didn't want. If you need help with your phone, GO ELSEWHERE!

Had the pleasure of sitting down with Dominique and going over multiple plans. We we able to get my phone ported over from another carrier and she saved me roughly $75 a month off my monthly payment. The customer service was great and she really helped me understand the numbers! 100% recommend!
