Store associate Sierra completely messed up my account! This girl does not know what the heck she’s doing or talking about unfortunately. Opened my account and left half way through setting up our phones… my phone wasn’t ported until over a week over. Which means I can’t make calls or texts, I went into this corporate store 3 times to fix this and they twisted their hair like they didn’t know my number wasn’t on the line. This girl is actually dumb and should not have a job! I’ve been charged over $400 for 3 lines at $55 a month and 2 protection at $40 a month. I’ve spoken with over a dozen support billing managers in the last 20 days and they can’t explain the reason for my charges!! Verizon is trash, use your service elsewhere.

The agent lied to me! He told me I was very lucky because the phone he brought out was one thousand dollars off that day. He said I would only have to pay the ten dollars of the one thousand ten dollars for the phone. Then he proceeded to write up the receipt and said I paid ten dollars and making payments on the one thousand. His name was James, and nobody seems to want to help now. They cannot be trusted!!

Don't get your hopes nothing about the phones, hardware or software let alone the service they are selling. I was with them for two years and the only thing good I have to offer is their coverage area and that was glitched too. Berkshire and Hathaways family better get a grip before they lose their trousers.

Worst experience ever with Verizon! The gentleman was very condescending and obviously did not know what he was doing. I do not recommend. Was shocked on how rude they were. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to the other Verizon on Battlefield a National and they were very nice and took care of me.

Thieves. Good luck changing anything on your plan. I signed up for Netflix a 14 months ago. 2 months ago I spent several hours with customer service cancelling Netflix, something that should've taken minutes, just a click of a button, and I'm still getting charge 2 months later. I left Verizon completely and they are still billing me. Their business is criminal. Stay away.

I had to refund a charger that didn't work. I came on Saturday at 5pm and the only worker working was one who was training who didn't know how to process an order refund. She had to call three managers, customer service, and 45 minutes later we had to leave because we paid for a movie that we would miss. It's still unresolved. Guess I'll come back another time.

Horrible experience. There was only 1 employee in the store and he was helping another man for a full hour. I stood in the store for a full hour with my three screaming children without being helped. I only wanted to cancel 2 of my lines.

Horrible experience. Tried to pay off a device and I was also going to purchase 4 new devices. I was in there for over 45 minutes and they couldn't figure out how to pay off my device. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had trying to pay something off and get new phones. I would put ZERO stars if it would let me.

I had gone to the Corporate Verizon store near National and Battlefield earlier in the day. They were very unprofessional and hateful. At that point I went to your store at Battlefield and Bypass 65. There was a representative named Rob that was so very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air. I will always do business at that location because of Rob. He is a great asset to your company.

I already forgot their names, dear me! but I spoke with two lovely ladies and they were both very helpful. I was able to make the changes I wanted to my plan and ended up saving more money on my monthly bill than I set out to. Thank you Verizon!

Absolutely horrible! Staff is rude and condescending. I had an insurance claim on my phone. They sent me a new phone and I needed assistance transferring my data. They wanted to charge me $30 for this service and acted like I was idiot for asking.
