They have a cat-calming scent machine in the facility and I am telling you cat owners, this is the place for your baby. They are gentle, honest with pricing, and above all attentive to all aspects of my fur baby. If you're still unsure of a cat after reading this, I assure you, you shouldn't be. This is THE place. ?”

“We have been going to Healing Paws for about 10 years now and they are fantastic!
Our Yorkie twisted his dewclaw when he jumped on the couch. I think it got caught in the fabric.
Anyway, we called Healing Paws this morning and they were able to work us in right away. They took him back, trimmed off the broken nail, wrapped up his little leg, and sent us on our way with some pain medicine and antibiotics.
We couldn't ask for a more caring and helpful veterinarian! Thank you so much, Healing Paws!”

“I came in to get my parakeet, Dino, examined and they got me scheduled so quickly and even made room for him as well. Dr. Z was so thorough and knowledgeable with Dino and did all she could for him! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to see him. She was so kind and was truly a light in a hard situation. The other staff and veterinarians are also extremely kind and compassionate. I received his medicine in the cutest hand drawn baggie that I'm going to keep forever! They also sent a flower basket with a very sweet note and I definitely didn't sob.. lol! They truly care about their patients and customers. I can't recommend them enough. <3”
“greatest vet ever mike has been my dogs vet since 2009 2 mini schnauzers that get into stuff... and our lab mix loves him too. Mike can do anything to our dogs and all they wanna do is lick his face. all the staff is great and mike is willing to squeeze us in for emergencies. i would give 10000000 stars but 5 is the highest option ...”
“I cannot say enough about Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. The amount of care and compassion they gave to our sweet Marlee Sue was above and beyond what I could have imagined. We had to lay our sweet girl to rest due to aggressive bone cancer. Dr Annie & Mike were such a comfort to us during this difficult time. Two very amazing & professional humans! They explained every step to us and helped us through the process. They even made a sweet paw print for us with her name as well as a card in the mail with everyone's signature from Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. They are top notch. I will never go anywhere else! I feel they are part of our family and will continue to take our fur family to the best place possible! THANK YOU!!!”

“I have taken my two boys (a toy American Eskimo and Border Collie mix) to Dr. Garoutte, but have seen all the doctors there occasionally, for the past 10 years now. I feel that Parkcrest’s prices are comparable to vet clinics in the Springfield area, but could be slightly higher. However, the care you receive for your pets is above and beyond any vet I’ve ever taken a pet to. When my boys would have health issues, Dr. Garoutte was right there with us and giving us all kinds of advice to make the best decisions. When I couldn’t afford the dog food they recommended, they set to researching all dog food on the market that was comparable but within my price range. They were never salesy at all. My TAE passed last year and they all made us feel so loved afterwards. Yesterday my border collie passed suddenly at the emergency vet. When Dr. Garoutte got the report today, he was sure to call me and talked to me for a few about my boy’s sudden condition and set me at ease, as well as reminisce about my sweet boys. I’ve never had a vet call and check on us after the passing of a pet. Parkcrest will love your pets like you do and I cannot recommend them enough.”
“Dr. Cynthia is the best vet my dog has ever been to. The care we received from Springfield Veterinary Center was outstanding. She was so kind and patient with our anxious dog who needs a lot of time to warm up to people. She gave him treats, got on the floor with him, and even went outside with him for a bit. You can tell she loves dogs and wants the best for your pet. I highly recommend this veterinary center.”

“I took my 11 year old, senior boxer to Dr. Cynthia Wiseman. He has arthritis pain, joint pain and overall age problems. The exam was very, very thorough and the care was amazing, as she tried to insure our dog was living his best life at his age. I couldn't have asked for a more complete exam. I also appreciated that they have a CBD technician on staff who could answer questions and provide advice for extended care.”

“Apparently, our cat licked the flea treatment off of our large breed dog. We were headed out the door to take our twins to St. Louis for medical reasons when we found Spike seizing. I rushed him to the closest vet, which happened to be Spring Valley. The vet rushed him back within seconds and the techs were equally dedicated to moving as fast as possible. Our cat, who is an ESA for our son who is on the spectrum, is a very important part of our family. My son would have been devastated if Spike didn't make it. The level of care that he received at spring Valley was beyond any vet experience we've ever had. He had to stay overnight, but we were given several updates along the way. The vet himself actually called twice! What medical professional has the time to do that nowadays!? We were even able to get to st. Louis on time! They were able to stabilize him and when we picked him up later the next day, it was night and day compared to the previous day. He was up, walking around, eating, wanting attention. Their care and attention saved Spike's life. But more than that, they saved my son from having to lose his buddy. I don't think they understand how much they helped us that day. We will be switching from our current vet and going to Spring Valley. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!”

“My dog hates getting his nails trimmed, so it’s usually a stressful experience at home and takes a long time to get one paw done. I called ahead and was told to just come in between 9 and 11, no appointment needed. I arrived at 9:00 and was out the door nine minutes later!
They handled him confidently, used a muzzle, and it was quick and smooth. I only heard him whine once from the waiting room. $15 very well spent. Thank you, ladies!”
