The environment and employees were extremely chill. It was so nice to see such a positive work environment with helpful staff who are customer oriented AND the employees were obviously happy and worked well together. The optometrist was impressive in her thoroughness and taking care of my needs. This is my favorite place to have my eyes checked so I only go here for exams.

If I could give zero I would, horrible service, waited over a month to get my glasses, u had to go to the store to check if they were in since i heard nothing from thm and noone would answer the phn. Get my glasses and cant see out of them, was told to try them for at leaat a week to get use to them an nope still cant see. Ontop of that I wear contacts an still dont have my prescription for that as i never got to try on the trial pair due to them not having it in stock. They claim it was ordered and id have to try them on b4 i get my prescription, umm its been 3 months and still no call. I spent alot of money out of pocket for glasses i cant use and exam i have no contacts for. I now am going to return these glasses an get my money an go elsewhere. I will never go here again and advise anyone going here to beware cause its a joke. Ive worn glasses and contacts for years and never had any issues with any place i ever went too. Horrible business practices. And the visit was a virtual exam on top of that. Sorry i want a doctor in person for the hundreds of dollars im spending. Get it together and do better cause this is horrible.

Very dissapointed. A few good things first, the gentleman i worked with for my first appointment was wonderful both in person and on the phone. I took the exam met the eye doctor via screen who was also nice. The bad part: i received my glasses which are great while looking at something up close, however looking just a foot away, if that, it is so blurry i cannot make out images. I went back in and was basically told i have to pay 180 for a transition lens. This is on top of the almost 300 i already spent. The guy i spoke to was not helpful at all. Should have gone somewhere else where the prescription was correct to begin with.

I haven't received my glasses yet..however the young man that helped me (sorry I dont remember his name, dark curly hair) was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, considerate & patient.

Got new glasses in March. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a crack in the frames. I hadn't damaged them. I went in and asked about it. I didn't have a warranty on the frames. So after some checking and a few phone calls they had me come back in. I was just wanting to get the frames replaced since there was nothing wrong with the lenses. To my surprise they had me pick out different frames and made new lenses. The staff there are beyond super nice. Been going there for years and plan on continuing as long as my insurance covers it.

Everything was pleasant; from scheduling the appointment, reminders of my appointment, the staff, the exam, the Dr working remotely! The Dr went over the scan of my eye and explained what everything meant. The selection of glasses was unreal! I finally narrowed it down to 8 pair and then went from there! I ended up with a great pair of glasses and sunglasses with all of the extra bells and whistle’s for the same price I paid at W*****t for 1 pair! I will definitely return!!

The low reviews made me nervous but I went to Visionworks anyway. I was there by myself with no one to help me. D'Angelo, the employee, was very helpful, but I made my own choice on frames. D'Angelo did everything to get my order placed and to get me checked out. Then I got home and sort of panicked about the frames I picked out. I went back to Visionworks and D'Angelo was still there. I told him that I wanted to look at frames again, and he said, "No problem, let me know if you need any help." He assisted me with my new frame selection and did all of the paperwork, right then, to fix everything. I created a big process for D'Angelo but he handled it in a really awesome, friendly manner and now I am getting the glasses I really like. Based on my experience I recommend this place.

I had several questions when I came to visit Visionworks today, and Josie was very kind and helpful in assisting me. I had a very pleasant experience and recommend this store to anyone looking for glasses/contacts!

Absolutely wonderful staff. You may encounter a wait time but totally worth it because they are taking their time to ensure each customer is given their undivided attention. Which I appreciate. They were very helpful when I took forever to decide which frames I wanted. Glasses took a little longer than I liked but I am glad they took time to make sure they were high quality instead of rushing to complete them. Prices are a bit high but they continuously have coupons and specials. (The quality of my final product would have been worth the high full price.)

Visionworks is by far the worst place I have ever had to deal with for a simple eye exam and glasses! The exam was done remotely by their eye Dr. first of all, which was not told to me before showing up for the appointment. Long story short, ordered my progressive bifocal lenses/glasses, was suppose to get a "text message" when they arrived, but got no communication until I called 2 weeks later. Was told they arrived the week before, and somehow someone forgot to text/call me! Then when I put the glasses on the bifocal line was measured incorrectly and I couldn't see properly out of the lenses. I was then told that "most people" has this measurement and that I was "appearently different and my chart would be noted". I then was made to feel like it was my fault the lenses weren't right! Then the employee "Stephanie" had the nerve to say to me she "knew where I got my current glasses from" in her sarcastic manner. I am now waiting on a refund, which has taken over a month and today found out there is a hold put on my insurance benefits for frames/lenses for up to 60 days. Stephanie had talked me into buying the glasses without insurance because I suppossedly was getting a getter deal, so I paid for the glasses out right. This company is horrible and I hope someone/everyone reads this and saves themselves the frustration, dis-appointment, and overall terrible experience dealing with this company! Horrible customer service throughout the entire company!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO STARS... Took an hour and a half off work to wait for 50 mins and not be seen. This is after I received countless text messages reminding me of my appointment and a call where the lady said if I was 5 minutes late I would not been seen. Now I am going to have to take off work again to get my eye exam done. No help from the staff either .. just well we understand. Seriously ?
