After not having my heart medicine for 4 days due to weather in KC.. Breanna made it happen for me..she was such a sweet young lady with great customer service!! She's got a great future ahead of her..this was at the Campbell store

My son went to the Walgreens on National And E. Kearney to pick up my prescription.
He went inside and the pharmacy desk and a male clerk said there was no prescription ready in my name. My son left and I personally called and the women on the phone said it was indeed ready. My son said the male clerk looked extremely high barely able to keep his eyes open. I have dealt with this clerk in the past and he acts very confused and seems as though he doesn't even want to be there.
I am disabled and it is scary that my prescriptions are being handled by someone so incompetent. Luckily these particular meds were supplements and not my heart medications.
I am definitely looking for a new pharmacy.

I called after being on hold at the Walgreen's at the corner of Republic Rd, and Scenic, located in Springfield Mo. After being told there were 2 callers ahead of me, for 25 minutes. Then I called the regional office and no one responded to my call. I give Walgreen's a big fat 0 rating..

We have waited 5 days to get a prescription filled for insulin and to find out on the 6th day they cancelled the order because they didn’t have correct insurance on files Uploaded the insurance card and they said it didn’t take. Called and they said they were entering now and bring the card down and they will fill it. Took the card down and they said it will be one hour before it’s ready. Pretty incompetent since insulin is a pretty important prescription. Told me there was 10 people ahead of me. One person sitting in a chair waiting. It would have taken them 3 minutes to get it out of the cooler and put it in a bag. I will switch m prescriptions to another pharmacy. Don’t go to Republic Mo Walgreens they don’t care about the customers. Last trip I make there!

What ever you do, never go to the Walgreens pharmacy in Marshfield. Incompetent at best.

Very sad they never have the carton of cigarettes i need, I was told they would add more specifically because i would come by every week loyaly (love the price if they existed) but every week there out..guess the manager that orders inventory thought it would be ok to lie and not hold her end of the bargain when i was willing to hold up mine..after 2 trips of feeling d*** from believing her, i guess i give up. Time to find somewhere new...
