Wow where to start. I had to go out of town and I picked up my prescriptions 5 days early. The pharmacist began berating me over a medication being filled a few days early. It's not a scheduled drug. I called corporate and they told me I didn't have to show my information to her as she isn't the police and it is not her job to bully a customer in such a way: I was called back early from my trip due to a health issue that needed addressed. I stopped and got my insulin and this pharmacist got angry that I did exactly what corporate said. She called my doctors offices telling them she wouldn't fill for me as I have broken her trust ( lady i didn't refill that prescription) you are acting like a child and it's sad that Micheal or Mike the manager can't manage his store. He allows this kind of bullying of his customers because this pharmacist thinks she is the law. Lady I owe you no explanation of my trips. I work in a secured area that you are not privy of information. I'm contracted by the Government. I served my country and I'm terminally ill still trying to keep working. I have cancer and my trip was cut short so I could have a life saving surgery. You are a terrible pharmacist and person. I now know why no one wants to go to this location: I have contacted news over the abuse and bullying this pharmacist has caused.
She broke the law calling my doctors over a medication I refilled 5 days early. She counted every day I picked it up early over 6 months. I try to pick it up with my other meds. I haven't come back to fill it ( the med oand she loses her mind. I pick it up early and late. It all levels out but she has to bully the customers. I'm not the only victim. My 10 year old was in the car when she went off acting like a child over a medication she didn't even fully fill because she felt I picked it up early.. she was cursing ( my 10 year old was witness to it. She is a terrible Pharmacist and person. Mike the manager should be ashamed. They will be hearing from my attorney. How dare you give medical information out about me over the phone and slander my name because you didn't like me telling you I didn't have to show you any information on my work trip. I'm speaking with higher ups and I have 6 apologies letters but I have yet to hear from Mike who took vacation without handling his bully pharmacist. She can't violate hippos laws.You people are not the DEA and or police. What was done here is a violation my rights and against the law. I do have counsel. I had no scheduled medication. This medication isn't even used for pain. It helps my nerve endings as I've been a diabetic 37 years and I'm terminally ill. Plus I'm suffering with shingles. It's a shame I was treated this way. My attorney will handle you both. And corporate is on their way. I have been in contact with them. They aren't happy. I want the pharmacists license for the breech of my personal information. She had no right acting the way she did. Shame on her and the manager that would rather take a vacation than handle his bullying pharmacist. I'll be seeing ya. I don't put up with bullies. I will not walk away from this. I will stand up to this. I will not tolerate being abused because a pharmacist has a issue. It's really shameful what's being allowed to happen at this store. The manager shouldn't be what he is if he can't handle his employee.

Save this location their time; not a single pharmacy employee has the time to care about their customers. They don't have time to enter correct information, and then when you tell them it is incorrect, they will smirk and do nothing to correct it.

Went to pick up my prescription 3 hours after it was called in. They hadn’t even attempted to fill it and proceeded to tell me that it would be another 2 hours. This isn’t the first time they didn’t fill my prescription on time, but it will he the last!

I've been going here as long as it's been open. Great location and almost always has what I need. I do miss the clothes they used to carry. Very very thankful they changed Pharmacy managers. More than glad they are open 24 hours.

I was waited on then told to have a seat so they could split up a perception. The lady helping me just grabbed her stuff and walked out the door. She didn't even acknowledge that I was still waiting on her..

Half the time they have the prescription, the other half they just tell you to come in an hour or two to tell you to come back again in an hour or two......

This pharmacy found my medicine I needed that Walmart refused to dispence for my thyroid disorder. I was a patient with that Walmart pharmacy 4 years and they wouldn't help. Walgreens had never seen me before yet they bent over backwards to find my specific thyroid meds i wanted. Excellent customer service and courteous and professional staff

Multiple times recently I went to pick up a prescription during non-lunch business hours. Pharmacy was closed with a sign "Pharmacist not on duty". I wouldn't care if they sold oven mitts but this is for meds crucial to people with medical problems. They don't mind if you suffer because they won't get a backup pharmacist.

Made an appointment ahead of time for the flu shot so I wouldn't have to wait around. This does not good you're still going to wait around 30 minutes while the staff scramble around. Why make an appointment when you have to wait around.

Save yourself time and hassle, go ANYWHERE else for your prescription medications. The West Republic Rd location is the worst.

After trying to get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens in Republic I went here and they got all my prescriptions filled within 10-15 minutes. I'm thankful I was able to start on these medications right away due to being sick.

They have a decent variety of over-the-counter products, snacks, drinks, and hygiene items. I'm not impressed with the pharmacy side, however. I requested a prescription refill on a Friday to be picked up on Monday at noon. It's currently 2:00, my prescription is not ready, and I can't speak to anybody about it because I have been left on hold for over 15 minutes.
