Drive thru line almost wrapped around the building. Every time I’m here. Why can’t this pharmacy ever get it together? 2 lanes, but 1 of them is always closed.

Sometimes wonder if the pharmacy actually knows what they are doing, they tell you your prescription will not be ready until 2 days because they've got to order it. Then call you later that day that is ready to be picked up. OK If you're a pharmacy shouldn't you have a bunch of different medications on hand? Especially the popular prescribed ones?? So glad they don't do my prescriptions and I'm getting my brother in law changed over to alps because they deliver and always have everything in stock.

I changed to this location from the East Kearney location & they are a lot faster at filling my prescriptions & getting them to me at the drive-thru. They’re much friendlier & know what they’re doing. It’s worth driving the extra couple of miles because the East Kearney location isn’t open everyday anymore because they’re under staffed & you never know when they’re open & when they’re closed. It’s always a toss up from day to day. So the West Kearney location has set hours & is open 7 days a week.

I always get my prescriptions done here. They send you messages to let you know when it ready for pickup. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

When calling and inquiring about a prescription I was rushed and asked condescending questions the entire time. The Woman on the phone was cold, brash, and rude, making sure to cut me off and not let me get a word in. I get being busy at work and being in a bad mood, but hold it together for 3 min while you gotta answer a little question then get back to your foul every day mood afterwards if being snotty is that important to ya. Probably dont continue in that profession either if its so stressful that you are gonna be rude to patients seeking medicine.
Also its interesting going through the reviews and seeing nonstop complaining about the pharmacy. Im sure its not all of them but maybe a few really bad apples, Including spicy snotty lady. A real Medical Un-Professional that one.

My prescription was moved here from Price Cutter Pharmacy and after saying it would be ready Saturday here it is Sunday and still not ready, and the price is almost triple what I was paying. So I’m walking around the store and noticing everything in the store is insanely more expensive than say Walmart. I’m so confused on why people would shop here. I’ve now been waiting 40 minutes for medication that was supposed to be ready yesterday.

Thank you Walgreens for assuring that I never get my scripts on the first second or even third visit. It's amazing how little peace of mind I feel everytime I go to pick up a prescription.
