I had my husband call ahead for a prescription, they said it could be 2 hours before it was filled but if I came in they would bump it to the front of the line, I got there and checked in. I was told it would take twenty minutes to fill it. I was here for over an hour before going up and checking on it. They then told me it would be an additional 10 before it was ready. So if waiting isnt something that you can just do it would be best to wait until it says it's ready online

I’ve been coming to this location for over 3 years and the customer service is always great. They’re also fast here with processing prescriptions even when there’s a long line there’s a steady pace going. Craig is really friendly and always goes out of his way to help out.

It is one of the slowest pharmacies I've ever dealt with. When I get done with my all of 15 minute appointment I then have to wait on the pharmacy to fill them, usually several hours later. I understand if someone calls in and your short staffed but this happens every time I'm there ...maybe hire some more employees. And then The app..... ugh it will say ready and when you get there, they may be ready but you can't have them until tomo, or whenever they feel like giving them to ya. (And I drove an hour to pick them up waste of gas!)

I love the workers attitudes , really nice and respectful.i get prescribed a medication that helps with drug addiction.i have been clean for yrs and alot of it is because of the meds I'm prescribed and at the Walgreens at Jordan valley they have never made me feel bad or judged me for what I'm getting .the Walgreens on Kansas and grand are the worste I will never go back there again . anyway I appreciate you all at Jordan valley Walgreens

Walgreens store #16250, (in Springfield, MO) conveniently located inside the lower level of The Jordan Valley Community Health Center, is unlike any other Walgreens in town.This particular Walgreen’s design is nothing like the average store-t it has one of the most courteous, efficient, well-spoken, kindhearted staff, including the new pharmacist, Nathan.I don’t send personal info in reviews since IDK who may see it-and if lost my reputation & certifications are irreplaceable.But Walgreens store #16250 pharmacists Chris Arroyos,& Nathan F., pharmacy techs Tyler(!), Jordan, Will(!), Courtney, Rachel, (and staff/techs whose names I’ve forgotten)deserve the risk. This store recognizes excellence starts with recruitment, continuity in those who train & providing mentors for new employees. This maintained by observation, evaluation diligence, & ongoing training for all-top to newcomers. This creates& maintains excellence within any organization.These people saw my life implode 3 yrs ago with the rapid onset of multiple congenital rare autoimmune diseases. Ghosted & lied about by the ppl I love & raised-gossip cost me everyone.Except @ Walgreens #16250. They still give me respect and I applaud their outstanding customer service skills & impeccable phone etiquette. This is among one of the only professional pharmacies here in Springfield MO- this is a flagship store, and the pharmacist & staff should be recognized & rewarded by Walgreens/Duane Reade, Inc. for being a gold standard & model for their success as a brand in a market where stores like Walgreens are being rapidly replaced with kiosks staffed by impatient, impolite & uneducated hourly workers employed by our nation’s buy-in-bulk warehouses, or big box retailers.

It depends on who you get. Half the people that work here treat and talk to you like you're nothing but a junky. You call to make sure your refills are on file or something simple and they start telling you how you can't pick up your meds yet. Yeah duh, I was seeing if I need to call my doctor about my refill or not, never brought up picking them up. I personally cannot stand this place most the time. It's gotten a little better they have had new people thank God. But yeah, good luck.

This is the best Walgreens in town period Marcel the best in the state. Taylor Courtney and will always are very helpful and they're not artificial about the help either. Every Walgreens I've gone to accept for this one has treated me like a criminal due to the medications I have to take, these folks greet you with a smile enough time to talk if it's slow and On average I've typically had my prescriptions ready within 10 minutes or so. They deserve the recognition they are great, Compassionate workers that are wonderful at their jobs. Love ya guys in the most friendly of way, Nicholas.

As far as Walgreens less busy than other locations fast in and out for prescriptions.
