Don't have a script sent in to this location on a Friday cause you're SOL until Monday. When did a pharmacy carry banking hours? BS!

What is going on with this location?! All of the sudden their pharmacy no longer has weekend hours? That makes no sense! For those of us who work Monday through Thursday we depend greatly on those hours to get meds for ourselves and our families. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 10+ years and I will never be back. The staff is never friendly.

Does the pharmacy ever answer the phone? I was just on hold for thirty minutes. With no callers ahead of me and still no answer.

ignored by store workers, delayed by inattention at register, was eager to take money but unwilling to answer any product questions or concerns. Ended up wasting money on purchased product. Will avoid.

I’ve used this Walgreens for 15 years, and am going somewhere else. This pharmacy location is always “temporarily closed” during normal pharmacy hours. There is no warning when this will happen. I waited all weekend for the pharmacy to reopen today so I could get the prescriptions I needed. Got a text at 8 the pharmacy was open, got a text 3 hours later it was temporarily closed again. That’s ridiculous!

Last time I went into Walgreens to grab a few items. When I got to check out it was so frustrating when the cashier knew nothing and the manager kept leaving and having to come back to help her. Why didn't she stay close I had no clue

When I was checking out the lady said I was approved for a credit card. I got approved for a MasterCard automatically with a $3000 credit limit with a zero annual fee. I got $40 worth of rewards to use at Walgreens for signing up for the credit card after making one single purchase. It's a good card to have that has reward points when you use it. I came back and spent my $40 in rewards for bottled water and soda pop so I could stock up on beverages. The only complaint I have is that the price tags didn't match up with what they had on their shelf. I had to go back and unload 2 heavy cases of water and reload the ones that were at the cheaper price. That was a lot of work and inconvenience for me to have to deal with at checkout all because your water pricetags on the shelf didn't match up with what you thought you were buying. Instead of my having to leave checkout and unload 2 cases of water and reload 2 cases of the water that was what I thought I purchased. The water wasn't that much more and since you're pricing was so confusing on your shelf you could have just gave it to me for the cheaper priced amount I thought I had got rather than to make me unload and load the cases which is a job and a backache. You're price tags on your shelves aren't matched up correctly with the item you think you're buying. The candy isle is all matched up perfectly, but not the rest of the store. You need to do something about your misleading prices with items that don't match up. Every time I come in there it never rings up the sale price and I have to wait for someone to go out in the store for a price check which is a lot of wait time and aggravating to say the least...

I never leave reviews, but this particular location is unequivocally terrible to deal with, most recently they charged a $32 copay with insurance for a very common generic drug, that had a cash price of just $14 without insurance. That same drug has a cash price without insurance of just $3 at most competitors. When I went back to ask for a refund of the difference, instead of giving me cash, or putting the funds back on the original with receipt, they loaded it onto a gift card. I just tried to use the gift card 1 week later,, and guess what? It didn’t work!!! Over the past year they have repeatedly sent text messages that mine or my spouses prescription medications are ready, but when we get there we are told we’ll have to come back in an hour., even when you go the same day that they sent the text message. What’s more is that you typically have to stand in a ridiculously long line, and hear them tell everyone in front of you that their meds aren’t ready either.
