I'm starting to understand why people put online orders in now. Went into this Walgreen's looking to purchase. At checkout, an item rings up incorrectly. Cashier asks for price check & asks if there are any tags around the item for the price I stated it was. I knew the other associates answer of no was incorrect. I state that that associate needs to pay more attention. Jenna, the cashier, replied to this interaction with a sarcastic & snide attitude in her voice. The other associate was a dark-haired female about 5'7 in height & wasn't wearing a name tag, or I would have included it in this review for the manager. Jenna, I may have not worked in retail, but I do know you don't show attitude to a customer ever.

Tried calling the pharmacy for 4 hours today no one answers the phone and when I put a prescription order in it gives wrong birth date!

I did an order online to pick up in the store with a fragrance mist. After picking my order up i realized they gave me the tester with no lid that was partial empty. I tried to explain the situation to Ashley however she told me it wasn't her problem and if i didn't like it i could go talk to the police officer in the parking lot that was dealing with the last customer that gave her a problem. I was shocked. Hopefully she was just having an off day however i will NEVER be going back to that store EVER! Do better Ashley!

Dude who got denied the sale because his girlfriend didn't have her ID obviously doesn't know how the law does work. That cashier was right in denying the sale. She could have lost her job and been arrested. I've been in police led classes where you're taught that.

My girlfriend and I (both 21+ adults) came earlier today and bought some snacks and some alcohol. Even though I was buying and presented ID, I was refused the sale because my girlfriend didn’t bring her purse. This lady claimed it was the law (it’s not) it is just Walgreen’s policy. I don’t have a problem with the company policy but don’t say it’s the law when it’s not. This worker was definitely excited to say “I told you so” to me. So, we went home, got her ID and bought the same alcohol we were just refused. I’ve served alcohol for years and I’ve never gotten pleasure from refusing someone a sale. We’ve been going to this Walgreens for years and were really disappointed by the egotistical response today. All the other employees were great.

Online orders for pick up do not give you cash rewards. Will be returning my products. Very misleading and disappointing app experience. Will not be using again.

Bought a Covid test kit, got home, the date on box didn’t match up with expired date on test kit. Phone call, they said they can deliver one but need Dr Rx. Doc called in a script for testing kit, when I called to schedule a delivery, they then said FedEx delivers for them but it will be 2 days! So I went to return it as directed, register denied the return request. Happened to see the store mgr who solved everything quickly, what a wild goose chase.

Last month, I moved into an apartment across the street from Mercy, where I just started a job. And I've stopped by this Walgreens after work a few times to shop for something. When I asked an associate for help looking for something, she kindly helped me find it in a timely way.A special bonus, when I once stopped by to buy bandages, I heard Shakira's "Try Everything". That's the theme of "Zootopia," one of my favorite movies.

My opinion on Walgreens as a chain is lower than my opinion of this location. I'm a fan of the pharmacy staff - we've been going there for more than ten years now. Convenient and close to Mercy too, of course.

Solid store with a great reward program. They also give coupons for products that are actually relevant and useful and the end of every transaction. One of the few stores that are still open 24 hours a day for those late night ice cream cravings.

It's a walgreens. It's good at being a walgreens. I want to point out that the fed ex drop is a DROP ONLY. Bring your own packaging / labels.
