The worker was rude and also un informed. For 1 the pharmacy is rarely open and I finally caught it today finally opened, inside only of course, not drive thru. So I come in and wait in the line . Then I finally get to the front and the worker tells me she can’t fill one of my prescriptions because it was sent to another pharmacy and then the one she could would take a few mins (as she made it very clear they close in 3 minutes) “do you still want us to fill the only one even though we close in 3 minutes” of
Course ! Why else would I come . Well then I sit and wait and then when checking out my total was high and when asked why was it so high and not just the few dollars I was told it was gonna be for just the one, she said for the “two” and I was like what do you mean . What two do you have in there . And of course THE TWO that I originally asked for ! Just very rude and unknowledgeable .

This is the rudest most mismanaged and disrespectful pharmacy in town! I encourage anyone still using them to find a new pharmacy so they don’t get treated the way I did tonight.

DO NOT get your prescriptions here. This place should be boarded up, closed down, and everyone in the pharmacy should be banned from ever dispensing meds again. EVERY single month, it is attitude, rudeness, disrespect, and laziness. They refuse to fill certain meds, then argue with you about it(even argued with the doctor over the phone). Literally have been here 5 times in 3 days, and each different person has given excuses why they can’t fill it. Go with a pharmacy who treats you right and cares about your well being and not one that caters to junkies coming in off the street!

Absolute worst pharmacy ever . The lady is rude af and they're is never a pharmacist there .. I've been try for a week to get my meds. Doctor's office sent them over on a Friday and they have been closed until Monday, then they said they didn't have it but my doctors office said they sent it and then today Tuesday I call back to figure it out and guess what ? No pharmacist is in so the pharmacy is closed again.. send you refills anywhere but here !

11/14 the team at Walgreens had MANY people coming over from the closed Walgreens @ Kansas and Kearney- they did so well. Great demeanor the whole time to the customers and each other. I'm very grateful on top of everything going on they still filled my prescription that wasn't ready when I got to the counter at like 5:15. Long line behind me with closing time at 6.

I will be switching soon because of Walgreens poor pharmacy service. Closed on days, no warning, that I count on to pick up my meds. A disgrace.

Worst pharmacy in springfield, save yourself time and choose somewhere else, they're never open due to staffing, always waiting on an order, send messages saying prescription is filled then when you go in, find out it's a different story. The only thing they have plenty of, is closed for today signs, and needles for the mass amounts of junkies outside their dirty store.

Your pharmacy, is a piece of crap. No wonder, people are going to other pharmacies ( like Walmart) at least they will answer the dang phone and help the customer out. You all need to go out of business. Your a freaking joke. .

Time to close your doors permanently! Overpriced products and prescriptions that cannot be picked up because the pharmacy is always closed, yet so how they manage to get filled per the text messages. Should be medical malpractice to pull this crap with people's prescriptions!
Worse, you've decided that letting repeat thieves and drug addicts in the store is preferred over creating a safe shopping environment for actual customers. Employees telling us that it's corporate policy to leave them alone is part of the problem.

Terrible store. Terrible staff. Terrible service. Went to pick up a script I called about that they said they had. They in fact did not have it. Asked to use the restroom was declined service due to it being closed. (North side Springfield) I get they have junkies and tweakers going in to get high but I am clearly not that type of individual. Was also accused of stealing because I had a previously paid for package of Walgreens brand wipes. (Again indicative of using the restroom not getting high) went down the road two miles to the Kansas and Kearny location. Encountered friendly staff willing to help out and allow restroom use even though they are “closed down”. Just go to the Kansas location or the south Campbell location
