The pharmacy is terrible. I've been out of my medication for two days. I called and they said it would be filled today but they still didn't do it. I will be sick from this. Don't use this pharmacy!!!

The store is clean, well organized with a friendly & helpful staff. I prefer going to Walgreens rather than its big store competitor!

I was buying a drink and the big bald manager does not know how to talk to employees. He had no problem disrespecting a young employee who obviously was uncomfortable and was not gonna say anything about it in front of customers. You can’t talk like that to the same people you’re asking for help. That’s not only degrading but I know this 20ish year old does not get paid enough to be talked to like that. He was nice and non confrontational with this manager.

Took over 15 minutes to get my prescription when I was the only one in line at 9am….pharmacy tech was extremely rude and I could hear her talking shit through her headset. Never using that pharmacy again!!!

HORRIBLE location. I waited in line for 25+ minutes, and THEN they didn't return my credit card to me in the bag with the prescription, a credit card that I'd just gotten mailed and setup 2 days prior.

Pharmacy tech lied about not getting a voicemail prescription. Returned later in the day and pharmacy closed early without notification.

Walgreens is a joke and very rude. Pharmacist used foul language to my wife and they never have my meds. Walgreens is a waste of space in Springfield. I moved my prescriptions somewhere else.

Typical Walgreens not an overly easy entrance. Lots of homeless people around the cars that are parked in their lot.

Friday I was notified my prescription was ready, Saturday pharmacy was closed due to no pharmisist today at noon it was not ready it was being out back. Big pharma ran the little guys out of town but big pharma can not get it together to serve the public. We need some changes

Dropped off a prescription from the dentist yesterday, get there today and they won't fill it because it it half written and half stamped. They NEVER called yesterday while my dentist office was open to let me know. He said he legally can't fill it which is CRAZY bc the last time I picked up antibiotics here, I had to go back because they gave me someone else's blood pressure medication instead of my antibiotics which I'm pretty sure is VERY ILLEGAL.
Glad I took pictures of that.
I'm so glad I get to be in pain all weekend waiting for my dentist office to open on Monday.

I can never get through when calling about a prescription that was supposed to have been filled two days previously. Seems as though I'm always having to wait for days to get my prescriptions filled and I take a lot of daily medications. I am seriously thinking about moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my elderly father's handwritten prescription to be filled for 12 pills and when I finally got to the counter to check the status on it again they said it would be another 45 minutes because they had to get them from the vault. I understand it was a controlled narcotic but 2 hours to receive 12 pills is absolutely uncalled for especially when an old man is in severe pain. I stopped getting my own automatic refills from there because it never matters what time of day you go, the drive thru and inside counter takes FOREVER!!! They have to be the slowest pharmacy in all of Springfield. They also need to have a separate line for already filled quick pick up and those who are having issues with insurance etc. instead of making everyone have to wait. I will never recommend this place for anything. Their prices on everything in the store are outrageous too
