Appreciate Walgreens adding FSA to their receipts for the IRS qualified FSA items. That is so helpful when you have to submit the receipts for reimbursement! Please do not change that! Not all drug stores provide that information on their receipts,

Came here after a trip to Urgent Care to get medicine for a respiratory infection. The guy working the counter told me that my prescription wasn't ready, but it would be in about 10 to 15 minutes. He then sent me to the back of a ~20 person line where the wait time was probably at least an hour. I left and tried the drive-through but it was backed up all the way into the street. Even though I was 3rd in line when the pharmacy opened, I left the location without my medicine because I couldn't wait any longer. Horrible customer service, I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

This has been the worst experience of my life with a pharmacy. Walgreens keeps blaming their systems for why there are mistakes made. My fiancée needed her seizure medicine monday February 10th and the east sunshine location said it wouldn’t be in monday that they “think” they could have it for February 11th 2025 so we called Campbell location and they gave us a time to pick it up of 11:30am on February 11th. We showed up at 4:30pm on February 11th 2025 at the Campbell location in the drive through and the young girl who looked high school age said no Walgreens had her seizure medication and we explained it was supposed to be ready at 11:30am She swore up and down no Walgreens had the script that some other pharmacy made the claim on the medicine and she couldn’t tell us what pharmacy. She could only speak for Walgreens and no Walgreens had it or could fill it bc of the claim made on it. We watched my fiancées doctor send it to east sunshine Walgreens. My fiancée doesn’t use any pharmacy but wallgreens. We pulled over in the parking lot of the Campbell location called her doctor and her doctor said Walgreens made a claim on it. So we proceeded to go inside the Campbell location to find out they have the script but the system had trouble bc we tried to fill it where it was supposedly in stock at Campbell. Finally they filled it at Campbell and had no real reason why we had to wait for a day bc they had it in stock the whole time. My fiancée convinced me to come to Walgreens bc she used them all her life. She needed her seizure medicine got the run around and many excuses why they didn’t do their job right and at this point they not only loose a lifelong customer but they will loose my business as well bc they just screwed my script up as well. I called east sunshine today February 12th at noonish and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. It was for my clonazepam. We show up 4 hours later only to find out they never dropped my order so now I have to wait another 45 minutes. Walgreens will never see my business again. My fiancée needed medication that prevents seizures which can be life threatening at times and now I got a run around on my medication and this isn’t my first bad experience will Walgreens. Ever since I switched out of my move to a different part of Springfield I had issues every time I got refills to my fiancée getting a run around on a life threatening medication she needed. This is my last time coming to Walgreens along with my fiancée. You not only list a lifelong customer you also Lost a potential lifelong customer with myself. I will be sure to spread our story to anyone thinking about using Walgreens. Worst pharmacy I ever experienced and I don’t recommend them. Thanks for giving us misinformation and blaming your systems. We are done!! Never again Walgreens!!

I went to Walgreens to pick up photos. I was interested in a calendar. Had troubles on my phone. Ms Vickie helped order the calendar and followed me through every step of the process. I can't thank her enough fir her time and patience. Grateful for her help. I learned a new process and will do this again. Thank you Ms. Vickie.

This Walgreens sucks! Just sat in the pharmacy pickup line for over 40 minutes for it to move once!!!!!! If you don’t have someone’s prescription ready, tell them and MOVE on to the next vehicle. Jesus Christ. Once I was able to get out of line I noticed they HAD more than enough workers.

Waited on hold for 90 minutes to be hung up on tonight and then called back again and waited for 2 hours before realizing they had closed an hour into my 2nd call and the staff just left the phones on hold. This location has the same type of review regarding the phones going back at least 2 years. Just avoid this location.

Literally the worst pharmacy in town. Used to be pretty good but they have been late on my necessary medication for the last 6 months. If you try to call the pharmacy to check in on literally anything that has to do with talking to a human, you have to wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Walgreens as a company is garbage, but this store wears the crown in crap customer service.

Every time I call the people who answer the phone are just unkind and uncaring. I absolutely understand how challenging the job can be but it’s not a reason to be rude and short with someone being polite and kind. Further, I was told on the phone that my scrip would be refilled, that person lied to me; they never did it and now I have to scramble to get my meds.

Genuinely I have never had a good experience here. I try to avoid it at all cost. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone, with the same line being repeated every 2 minutes, got hung up on. Tried calling again for it to happen again! This place is horrible! No matter how many people are here.

They were fast, efficient and friendly. The drive-through was packed so I dropped off my script expecting to have a long wait. I got the text that my medication was ready in less than 10 minutes!! Very impressive!!

I am done with this pharmacy. The drive-thru line is ridiculous and you pretty much need a full hour to pick up any prescription that is ready and waiting for you. My time is too valuable to wait this long in a line. I will be transferring all our prescriptions.

Walgreens is the best pharmacy to use. We have tried others and none of the others even compare. We highly prefer walgreens and you should try them too!

Went to go pick up my son’s medicine, tried to tell me I had a copay he had Medicaid on file. This is the second time ! He has insurance on file they shouldn’t need it every time! I’ve had no issues with any other Walgreens, plus the pharmacist was very rude and threw my son’s meds! I’m switching pharmacies! This is ridiculous!
