Really sad they don’t have enough help. It’s Dec 23rd, only 3 people working. They pulled the lady off of photos to work up front. Which meant the canvas I had been waiting an hour for could not get finished. I have to make another trip up to store tomorrow. The people working were very nice but the store service is not good. No wonder stores are going out of business. With so many drug stores closing you would think they would step up the customer service

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Multiple calls. Multiple trips. They still have not gotten refills correct. (And I’m getting the automated telling me to refill my prescriptions.)

Taylor in the pharmacy was not only friendly and approachable, but she also helped me find a discount to lower the price of my prescription.

We have used Walgreens for all of our families medication needs for 20+ years now and have never had any issues.
Unfortunately, since we started using this location there has been nothing but problems. We've probably used this pharmacy 10+ times in the last year and each and every single time they don't have our prescriptions ready, they always play the blame game and are very rude. Either the dr didn't call it in or blame it on information needed for our insurance. We have had the same insurance for years now and nearly everything is close to 100% covered. So instead of contacting the patient to verify the insurance they just don't fill it at all. After waiting each time, we have called to find out what's going on they have zero customer service instead of trying to be helpful to correct the error. At this point though, its not an error. They have continued to do this literally every single prescription. We live an hour away and can't wait around for them to figure it out every single time for basic prescriptions. We will be taking our business elsewhere now. I would recommend going literally, any where else.

It seems like this place is intentionally understaffed. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and finding an employee in the store is next to impossible. Several times I’ve had to hunt an employee down in the store just to check out. Employees have always been very nice, management needs to figure out scheduling and stop the intentional “short staffed” excuse.

When I mentioned how this pharmacy has REALLY gone downhill, my doctor said she's been hearing that from a LOT of patients. They continually are out of what I need, asking if I can come back in an hour or two. These are refills for meds that I call in & they tell me what day/time it will be available. One medicine today that was supposed to be available on Monday (this is Wed) STILL wasn't "in" so I was asked to stop in tomorrow. It's really becoming very upsetting - these aren't out of the ordinary medications. One that I asked them (in person) to refill needed a dr's approval for refill and suggested I call the office as it would be filled faster than if they faxed over a request. I did as told, doctor replied he'd sent in the refill script and yet Walgreen's still didn't have it ready. Need to find a new pharmacy soon, I'm afraid.

This pharmacy is really going down hill. There opinions of people are not right, they joke about people and there medication. They don't even know the people or what they are going through and they complain about them. There job is to fill the medication and shout there mouth what they think. Due to that I should give a zero, but the rest of the store shouldn't suffer because of them.

This pharmacy is awful to the elderly and should be ashamed how they treat older people! You went into healthcare to help people and instead you have a BULLY MENTALITY! Absolutely disgusted at the employees and manager of this location! ?

Pharmacy gets it right half the time. Pay attention before leaving this place. Make sure you explain what you need very slowly so they can understand.
