...When I go there, instead of some other place; I am NOT surprised that I can only fill half or less of my shopping list. ...I had bought this box of 200 face masks a short time before covid hit; I paid $2.99 for 200 masks. ...I also noticed that many of the store's private label brands have also changed; or been removed. Or go missing for a time between a short appearance. ...I like "On Coor's pork patties. They taste and look like the mc rib.. And is cheaper too. It's there now about half of the time. ...TTheir equate hydrocortisone was $0.78 but now is over 2 dollars. ...Are they price gouging? ...Ritz has a cheese cracker, that I like better than cheese it's.the first trip where it was not available, I went to the customer service desk, and they argued with me that they never sold it. ... After I got home, I dug the last box of Ritz cheese crackers, and found the receipt that came with it they didn't apologize for lying, just acknowledged that I was right. Their smug smile's really ticked me off. So, I now go mainly to hi vee or king cash saver.

After I was in the cigarette line with my things on the belt Today the cashier reached up and turned the light off and said she was closed couldn't check us out right after we moved to another lane she starts checking people out again rudest Walmart in Springfield mo over all but cashier Jessica has taken the cake today

My husband and I stopped in to return k cups purchased at a different Walmart in Springfield . We had our store receipt. This location did not carry the Starbucks extra caffeine k cups so we could not get a refund. Surprised that Walmart's did not honor purchases from other Walmart locations. The manager was rude and plainly was only able to spout Walmart policy. I can accept store policy but not rudeness. This particular manager also made faces which I saw at me. Seriously... is this the best Walmart can develop for their management positions?

im tired of everytime i go in this store i get asked for money by these homeless Panhandlers i going to start going to another neighborhood market

To whatever extent a Walmart can be pleasant, this one serves as a shining example of that standard. Checkout times are always brief, the staff seem to be competent human beings and, although the selection is limited by its designation as a neighborhood market, the items available are of adequate quality and well presented. I try to avoid going to Walmart often, but if I must, this is the one location in Springfield that I will go out of my way to patronize.

Disappointing this store is not open 24hrs. Also they do not open until 7am which is not ok for people who have to work at 7am or when this listing says they open at 6am daily.

Very disapointing this neighboorhood market is not 24 hours. At least unlike the one at bennett @ glenstone there is a bakery/deli.

I received an Rx from my doctor, she even included a coupon. Upon dropping off my Rx, the Pharmacist on duty was very put out that he had to speak to me or maybe that he had to be at work that day! (I had forgotten that I had been there once before and he was in the same mood that day too!) The tech rang up my order and asked if I knew it was going to be $150 for the one med. I asked her if she used the coupon? She replied no, it was for the generic version...Long story short, the tech was very put out that I asked her to get the generic version or at least a quote on what it would be. She said she would have to get back to me. I left because she didn't have time to deal with me at that moment. I happened to stop at the new Neighborhood market on Grand and Campbell in Springfield to get some cough drops and didn't know they even had a pharmacy. The pharmacist there (Stuart) was SUPER friendly and helpful. Stuart called my doctor on the spot, got me the generic formula and saved me $145! My hero! Thank you Neighborhood Market and Thank you Stuart! I will never send another Rx to Walgreens again!
