They had the outside lights turned off and the doors locked @10:30 pm when I got there with 3 ppl. waiting outside on 4-22-24

Went to get a money order the “customer service” desk doesn’t open till 8! God forbid a customer has an issue. Don’t plan on getting help if you set aside time and come before 8am!

Yes I was profiled I went to the checkout stand they looked at every single thing that I scanned I go there all the time plus the lady behind me said that that was not right to the person that works there and then when I went to the door they still asked me for the receipt I feel like I was profiled and very upset

The little boy who is working self check out this very moment (9:45 pm 8/18/24)I didn’t catch his name but he looks 12 was being very rude under his breath to several customers and complaining about being the only one out there and it was just a very unpleasant experience.

Wow seriously people, I don't know which manager is running this store on 2nd shift lately, they keep trying to close earlier all the time. But tonight it is 10:30ish the outside lights are shut off and the entrance way doors on the right are locked. I'm trying to go into the entrance doors with 3 other people out there trying to get into the store. So I walked into to the exit doors and was able to go in that way incredibly rude way to run your store peeps

We love shopping here! The employees know us and are wonderful to our high-energy 3-year-old. They're very kind and generous with him. We love the selection of grocery items; there are a lot of things that aren't carried at the larger stores. And the employees in the pharmacy are very kind and knowledgeable. Overall, it has the comfy, familiar feel of shopping at a Hy-Vee without the markup.

Normally don't have an issue with this Walmart. Today however, was getting ready to leave and an employee pushed a cart into our car. The employee did not stop to apologize, he ignored it and continued to get carts. When we confronted him about the damage, he said there was no damage to the vehicle, when there are obvious scratch marks from the front of a cart and we were literally in the car. Very disappointed at the lack of accountability from that employee and the lack of customer servive to rectify the issue. Don't come here unless you want your car banged up by the staff.

This was always a fairly nice, clean, Walmart - as much as the staff could keep it in the area it's in. It's clear that they are very hard working keeping up with it. I've only used curbside pickup for the past few years, however it's always quick and efficient with accurate orders.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market has the system down. The flow is good, and, inless i visit between 4:30 and 6:30, it's rarely so packed that there is any wait. I like the compact nature of the NMs, yet there is still a variety of non-food products, small outdoor supplies, and basic electronic accessories that make it so I don't have to go to the superstore. Great, helpful staff, and I come here more often than any other Walmart.
