At 12/30/2024, Walmart rep drove my car with no tires to service center and they did not give me my 4 tires back after replacing them.
I went in and talked to Michael supervisor and Michael coach. Who promised to get back to me by 4 pm to either give me 4 tires equivalent to my tires they kept or pay for the tires they kept. They ended up never getting back to me.
I called in and talked to store manager Jeb who was not nice. He ended my saying that he will file a claim for me for the damage to my rims but they have found my old damaged tires and to come get it. He also said he doesn’t believe claims will pay for anything. I left them with my tires as I know they not the same ones.
In the end Wall Mart claims was able to resolve it.
This experience was frustrating and I felt like I was being bullied by Walmart especially when they wheee the one that made the mistake.
Although this issue was resolved y Walmart claims, part of me feels disappointed that some people that work for big companies like Walmart can make mistakes and treat you as if you are in the wrong for standing up for yourself for justice.
Michael Automotive supervisor, Michael Automotive Coach owes me an apology. Jeb store manager is a bully who also owes me an apology.

They never have produce! I went looking for cabbage, and all I found was iceberg lettuce. The fruit is all bagged and never loose! I will not shop at Walmart anymore in light of their support for stopping their support for the DEI program. Until Walmart changes policies, I will not be shopping here!

I had to buy nail clippers. They were locked in a case so I had to wait over 10 min for someone to unlock them. Then I was escorted to the self checkout and the employee said he had to scan them and bag them per store policy. Your days are numbered Walmart. People aren't treated like criminals when they hit add to cart on Amazon. Just saying

I like this Walmart. They've got the aisles marked nicely so that I can use my Walmart app to find what I need on my shopping list. And Google and Walmart teaming up has been a plus. They did not have one item that I needed that I went there specifically for but went to a different Walmart in a different location and found it. 👍

Auto department at Kearney and Glenstone is a joke. One person working and she had a attitude. Bought a bad battery, was told it need to be tested. Fine but when I asked how long it would take was given nothing but attitude and told I don't know. Fine again. Then when battery was bad she does some paperwork tells me to go get another battery. Cool I think I'm done but no back into line I go. All the time she's giving attitude to me and other customers. Finally, she calls for help and starts mouthing about customers being rude and she decides to take a break then. Mind you over a hour to exchange a bad battery that was 2wks old. Never again.

Had an employee place stickers on my items while I was using self checkout. Citing 5k lost in soda last month. Being triple checked by employees after I check myself out because there aren't enough employees to run the registers just ain't it.
