Last year, I would have given this location 5 stars. However, this location slipped. Within the last 6 weeks, I have observed staff just standing around at self check out doing nothing. I note one particular female employee on numerous occasions that appears to be enjoying watching customers struggle to get the plastic bags opened. Laughing and engaging with other staff about their struggles.

They always reject the Enfamil discount check/coupons. I have tried over six times and the managers are clueless on why it’s rejected and how to process it differently than a personal check. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else except Walmart.

The meat counter where your supposed to have meat sliced to make a deli sandwich. The lady at the counter; there were 3 customers waiting in line including me the lady sent every customer away…told us to come back in 30 minutes. Watch the video footage see how many paying customers were sent away? What kind of paying job do you help customers just when ever you want? I just went to another grocery store. I won’t be back to this location.

Was in there yesterday 12-5-24 was doing a little shopping and a guy come up all most run us over he was a worker there was extremely rude and he said as he went by us Audios see you around he has blue hair so I followed him he run into the restroom and wouldn't come out so I went on doing my shopping payed for my stuff got my money order and as I was leaving he was standing at the front of the store so I walked up to him and ask if he had a problem with me and why he was so hateful he said I wasn't I said yes you was if I hadn't be in a rush I was going to talk to a manager although it probably would have been a waste of time I won't be Bullied by a teenager kid it was really upsetting if you Allow someone like that to work in your store it's sad how many other people has he done this way and the thing I was really nice when I walked up to him it's Uncalled for when we was just standing there

It is a good store to run in, grab what you need and go. It was clean and organized. There were no lines.

Consistency, consistency, consistency!
I go to this place once weekly and spend $300-400 for my weekly groceries. Every now and then, my 30-year old daughter comes with me. Never once in 5 YEARS, has my daughter been asked for her ID when i have bought wine or liqour. Today, the checkout person would not sell me vodka because my daughter had left her ID in the car. My daughter offered to go get her ID but declined. I said ‘I have been coming here for 5 years….(blah blah blah)… and never been asked for this.’ I did not buy the vodka, but later spoke the “manager” Allison, who didn’t look old enough to buy liquor who told me “we NEVER sell liquor without an ID.” After some back and forth, i told her “i spend $300-400/week and I won’t be back…” She smiled and so “Ok”
Needless to say, i won’t be be back and she doesn’t care…. So if you are a mom and have a child who is under the age of 21 (who happens to come with you to the Walmart) and you want to buy liquor at this Walmart Neighborhood Market…. You probably won’t be able to…. According to ALLISON, THE MANAGER 🙄

I have shopped here for 5 years, until today I have never felt like I was doing wrong
Don't have your secret shopper stand behind people who are checking out and have another one come up and question all of us at the same time
If you saw something on your camera then I get it but you didn't so do your job right if you want to question me open more cashiers

just a few minutes ago named Debbie from self-checkout, I don't know if she's racist or hates Asians. The First Lady came and helped us weigh the banana, it went well, and then when we put it in a bag there was an error, but the lady put it not us. And Debbie came and she said “again!” I don’t know if she had a rough day the way she said that. We explained to her why it was an error but she didn't listen and walked out. And the way she looked at us (my husband and I) as if we were stealing food. The uncomfortable manner that she showed us, and for the first time ever in our life be treated like that.

Worst experience I've had with a walmart associate Paula. I went to return some items and had receipts except for 1 which was krusteaz pancake mix and I didn't realize I didn't have it because I normally scan reciepts to my app. Anyways she had me try all my cards to see where it was purchased from but no luck. She refused to atleast refund it to a gift card. Supposedly I can only exchange for the same item which is not what I wanted to do. Any other associate would've saved me the time to just give me a gift card. I shop at Walmart literally 90% of the time!
