If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third attempt to pick up my 'scrip. The first time they were closed. The second time I waited 35 mins for them to tell me it wasn't ready. They'd reshelved it. I asked them to deliver it since I'd already come twice, well that never happened and here I am again. I've now waited 15 minutes and the line has barely moved. My theory is they are why I need BP meds to begin with. Clearly there is an issue with staff here. What I don't get is there seems to be at least 4 people back there and they still can't seem to get your meds in your hands for less than a 30 minute wait...JUST TO PICK UP. It's insane. And please do not even get me started on the drive-thru it's worse. I literally dread having to come here.

Multiple times recently I went to pick up a prescription during non-lunch business hours. Pharmacy was closed with a sign "Pharmacist not on duty". I wouldn't care if they sold oven mitts but this is for meds crucial to people with medical problems. They don't mind if you suffer because they won't get a backup pharmacist.

I like this Walgreens just fine. The problem with this place is their parking lot. I have barely missed a few vehicles from people speeding through their parking lot.

Very slow to respond. Staff lacks initiative. Serious lack of qualified or motivated employees. Have used this Walgreens on many occasions (unfortunately) past few years. Almost any other Walgreens in the area can be relied upon when you most need to have a prescription filled. Unless you walk them through every minute step of the process you're paying for, you cannot get predictable results. Save time, money and frustration, drive a few extra miles and go to their location on National or Battlefield.
