As first time homebuyers, the process was a bit intimidating. My wife and I read up on what we could online but the task seemed daunting nonetheless. Enter Win Win Real Estate, specifically Krystal Tippey. From my wife and I's first meeting with Krystal she really laid it all out for us clearly, concisely, and, most importantly, friendly. We dealt with a very difficult market and couldn't keep up with its fast pace but Kyrstal guided us through it with ease.Krystal dealt with our difficult schedules, always able to shift things around to our availability. She helped us look at houses with detail, noticing the little things that you dont imagine when you're envisioning where you'd put your stuff.She dealt with a multiple offer situation with no hassle and landed ours on top. We were pleased with her excellent negotiation skills when the inspection came back and we wanted some repairs.Krystal also had tons of great contacts in the industry that she happily shared to make the entire experience smooth. Their entire office was so helpful, informative, and handled everything. Wem and Anita were hands down the BEST team we have had the pleasure of working with. 2021 is a big year for our family and these two seemingly normal people were able to show their enormous hearts, which is far too uncommon these days. They took our mess and made a dream out of it! I couldn't ask for a better coach in buying a home. Looked at plenty of houses to justify calling it quits. But that's just not how they work! They found us the perfect home and helped us through the entire process. Not to mention, consistently coaching us on the steps we needed to take. That's what I call Win Win results!
