I get we all have bad days, but when you are not greeted with a simple hello, but stared at like "What?! What you want?!" is not a good first start. Not one word was said to us. We had to say hello. Only to get a short nod. Then after ordering the peach tea that was advertised at the register, I got a sigh of annoyance from the kid at the register. Then someone popped out of the drive-thru also extremely annoyed by my peach tea order. They angrily and aggressively grabbed the cup, which caused it to start to fall, but they caught it. Then they huffed back from where they came around the corner. I told them, "Well, if it's going to put you out..." The kid was like, "Oh, it's okay." But it clearly wasn't. Then the person came back with the cup now full of peach tea, and with an attitude, "Here's your peach tea." Then the kid put some weird spelling of a some made up name on the receipt because they obviously give no craps about the customer and trying to help them and get their name correct. My husband had to finally go to the counter to get our food because it was taking forever. They asked if he was waiting for his food as if we were not the only second family in the entire building. Seriously, the owners need to train their people how to be less hostile and annoyed with their paying customers. It is obvious that the workers seriously hate their jobs and the customers.

Would have been nice if your employee who was attending the drive-through window could quit talking to the other employees long enough to acknowledge us and actually hand us our food....smh.

Drive through night personnel are terrible. Unprofessional and extremely uneducated in customer interactions. Food was also cold and not good.

Great fresh tasting food. The tongue torch sauce was perfect. Not hot but good pepper

To the highschooler who made my sandwich and put ranch after I said twice no ranch, I hope you find a job where you don’t have to interact with humans. Terrible customer service from the little girl at the window. Chances are she’s the same one who made my sandwich since she has such a “idgaf” attitude. Waited pulled ahead for 11 minutes to get cold, less than appetizing, poorly constructed food. This is the 3rd occasion of some sort of mishap at this location. This is why you have an empty parking lot and the other location stays packed.

Alexus, Sean, Kate (THE BEST), Ella, Tyler, and Jordan are the best people. BUT DYLAN…on a whole other level. His charisma is so perfect, he’s so sweet and handsome. To be honest, no funny stuff, he’s a great worker. They were understaffed, he was doing basically everything and he got my order out on record time.

The chicken wasn't crispy or flavourful. Mainly dry, and bland. Fries were soft but bread was pretty good.If you crave fried chicken, don't come here

Waited and waited in dining room for our food. I guess our order was forgotten about. Then it was bagged up to go which was wrong. Then we didn't get our sauce. We got one cup of sauce 1/4 full. Went to the counter and they made it right. The food was great though. I wouldn't eat here if I didn't have all evening to spare. I can put up with a lot if the food us good though.

Took my kids to lunch and had a decent experience. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was dry and I had to have it remade due to them putting the ranch on after I asked for it to be removed. They were very quick to remake it though and I think it was an honest mistake. My teen had wings and chicken straps he said they were ok. My other two had chicken strips. One liked them and one didn't but she is 4 and VERY picky. The fries were ok but were kind of cold and we didn't realize they had the seasoning they did or we would have removed it from the 4 year Olds. It was clean with plenty of seating.Dietary restrictions: I have Crohns and a sensitivity (possible allergy) to chicken and I didn't see much other than a salad for me to eat. So I went with the safest of the chicken options which was a grilled chicken rather than fried. My kids like chicken and I will deal with an upset stomach once in a while for them.Parking: Plenty of parking. No issues.Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old and 4 year old can be a little loud and indecisive. The lady taking the order was very patient with them and helped talk them through ordering.Wheelchair accessibility: The only issues I had was getting my drink. Machines they use are too tall for me to reach well. They were getting busy and some of the customers made me feel as though my kids and I were in the way. I moved the kids to the table and sent my teen up there to get my drink. Bathroom was easy enough to get in/out of. Sink, soap, and towels were a little high.
