This Commerce Bank is absolutely horrible 25 minute wait every time I've been there the last 4 years The drive through is horrible and the staff is unbelievably unprofessional They need to go visit other commerce banks and see how awful they are compared to other ones p.s No reason to write anything back to me cause I will never Step foot in there again Until there is all new management

NEVER ANY PROBLEMS, NEVER ANY LONG WAITS, SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT WHETHER I CONDUCT BUSINESS INSIDE THE LOBBY OR THE DRIVE THRU LANES.

Commerce was getting so bad that I started to pull completely out but decided not too. From the slow waiting time in drive-thru to the snapping clerks with attitudes.But now it looks as if their bouncing back.Good job Commerce keep on improving.

This location is the worse Commerce bank ever! My sisters and I stopped ( normal bank at the Maryland Heights location) to do some banking. We were depositing a check....... written from a Commerce bank customer and was given a hard time. How is it when a customer of Commerce bank writes a check to another from Commerce bank customer, they have to call the customer to verify that they wrote the check...... Unbelievable! I also bank at US Bank. Took a Commerce Bank check to US Bank...... it was deposit with no problem. Please retrain these Employee!

I'm what they call people of color, that never held a conversation with anyone at commerce bank. Been in their system for thirty years or more. They're just there for disabled Veterans payments. If anything change, I would be afraid to accept

Heads up if you have a business acct, as I do. My first mistake was banking with Commerce. My second was opening the account here Very few people working here know how to handle the business end of Commerce, which is for whatever reason an entirely different arm of the bank. When I recently discovered fraudulent Amazon charges coming through my business debit card I called the number on the back for lost cards. They're not available on weekends. C'mon!! Made two trips to the bank and neither time could they shut off the card without calling that same number I could call from home, assuming they answer. Today I tried a branch visit, only to come home and sit on hold for almost an hour JUST to get the card turned off, which should have been done a week ago. Meantime hundreds of dollars more fraud came through. I'll of course get it back but if you need a textbook case study of horrible banking procedure, start with Commerce. You will get everything you need to teach others how not to run a bank Avoid this bank and especially this branch. Where's Mr. Drysdale when we need him?

My card was put on hold when my wife tried to use it to send her sister in France money for her birthday. They didn't call me or anything. I had to find out at checkout at the grocery store. I called them, they answered in 2 minutes, told me I had a hold on my card, then put me on hold for 30 MINTUTES. After 15 embarrassing and anxious minutes I left the store and my cart full of groceries and drove home in time to wait another 10 minutes on hold. Finally I got through to someone who clearly had English as their second language and they were able to release my card. Utterly terrible customer service.

I deposited money into that ATM, and it was suppose to be available next business day, however it was not. when i went up to the st. ann branch for whatever reason I was not allowed in, even though other locations allow people into the bank. the manger didn't release the hold on my account and then closed my account after i said i wanted to file a complaint. I been banking with them for two years now, and the first time i make a complaint my account is closed. needless to say, i will never go back to them. Ever! good luck to anyone who banks with commerce.update: due to the manger closing my account everything that was pending didnt get paid, it took away my pending cash deposits, and on top of all that my money disappeared. i had to go to another branch to resolve this matter and it took 2 hours. i urge anyone who see this review to please think twice about having commerce bank handle your money.

Poorly managed ! Commerce website noted that all of their lobbies are open during their normal business hours! I went to the St Ann location to see a personal banker only to find that the lobby was closed at 1:00 pm . The doors were locked with people sitting in the lobby. A security guard who couldn’t understand English was sitting in the lobby of the doorway. After repeating myself several times about why I was there, he told me that everything was being handled through the drive through. When I get to the drive through lane window and explain what was needed, I was redirected again by the teller and was told that she could take care of my paperwork, but I had to go through the commercial lane, which was full of cars waiting. By then, I was frustrated, so I just left. There should’ve been better communication and a better system in place if there was something that resulted in the lobby having to be closed.
