I was on the $60 plan. I called to change it to $30. On the phone they said they did but I got charged $60. I went to this store and the lady helped with adding a 2nd line like I wanted and told me the $60 plan issue was addressed with a $30 credit. Next month it should show up as $60 for 2 lines. Call customer service if it shows up as $90. It showed up as $90. I got the supervisor and I won't be credited the $30 because I waited till the next pay period like the lady told me, I'm charged $15 to turn my phone back on as well and my 1st line still needed to be reduced to a $30 plan. I'm paycheck to paycheck here, didn't do anything wrong, and followed the direction of what to do by Cricket employees. I'm waiting on a response from a good job and now have to switch phones. Cricket is beyond a inconvenience.

The salesperson must have been having a bad day. Tammie H. was rather rude. She answered most of my questions but had a bit of an attitude. I will look for a different store for future visits. I came here because I had a very pleasant experience here when I bought my phones a couple of years ago. Tammie H changed my mind about this store.
