Jasmine and another lady there (sorry, I didn't catch her name) really helped me today. They were kind and so amazing to me, a weary traveler who needed some extra assistance. Excellent customer service.

Everything went fine the first time I rented from them ... I rented another compact for a week, and when I returned the vehicle, they gave me a paper stating my final amount they waited until they charged my card to say I had an unauthorized fldriver which was my mother driving my truck back to return the car.. I called to see why and they said she had returned the car, but I returned the car and we went back and forth and got no where I said I would never rent from them again and the guy hung up on me and I never received the fee back which was a $80 charge on top of the rental + taxes.... They are horrible liars and poor customer service

Good checkin experience, much better that my experiences at Budget and Hertz. Vehicle was great, very efficient. Fast dropoff experience.

If can give no star I will, run away from this place. It's run by inept staff. Returning your rental car off hours is confusing and downright crazy, went I got home back in SD, they charged me extra a total of $180 because I park the car on the wrong spot, which was their fault. Called St Louis Dollar to question the extra charge and told him for the manager to call me, manager never called me back for almost 2 days so I called corporate, to report this shenanigan and that was the time, manager called back, claiming will rectify their mistake, we will see for it's not credited yet on my credit card. They need to restructure their return policy and a clear explanation how to return the car off hours specially at night. Staff need to verbally explain in a concise manner how to return car off hours not some signage ( see picture below). "Park you return car when you see a purple arc on your right...." that fine and dandy if it's daytime hour when you can see a full array of colors but at night, purple?)

This is by far the best car rental place I’ve had and I travel all over the US and world for work. From the shuttle at the airport to the return ride, every employee was friendly, quick, and effective. I don’t particularly like the lower cost car rental companies, but I will never choose another company when flying into St. Louis.

I had a great experience on all levels. Their shuttle buses to/from the airport are nice and clean, the customer service was friendly and helpful, the car was nice. I'll definitely use them again if I'm in the area.

Worst experience of all, I have booked like almost 10 rentals since the past 4months and this is the worst of all and can guarantee that it will be worst of all in future.The lady was not responsive but was rude to use the words “common sense”. She took 5min to get her/ their own rule that she was rejecting to provide a car for me.First of all they should learn the way to speak with a customer and second of all it they take around so much time to dig or find the regular clause in their own website or internet, how much time would a customer take or do you think that clause would be even found that easily.If a regular car insurance is mandatory. Given that I have a insurance coverage of collision and comprehensive. Also paid for the insurance which priceline offered me. If the company has such indefinite rules of having a regular insurance on top of it. It should be in the checklist, not in some clause that took 5/10min of search in your own website by the so called rude employee.Seriously can’t imagine the waste of time.Pickup time - 7:30am Aug 14th 2023.

This is by far the best car rental place I’ve had and I travel all over the US and world for work. From the shuttle at the airport to the return ride, every employee was friendly, quick, and effective. 1st I ended up on the wrong shuttle. Called Dollar rental and spoke with a delightful individual who directed me back to the airport where a the correct shuttle was waiting. Once I arrived the wait was minimal and the young man who assisted in my rental contract was prompt, quick, and courteous! But the highlight for me was my return shuttle ride back to the airport with LINDA! As soon as I got on her shuttle she played the exact music I needed to hear! Not even realizing the hurt and pain I was feeling because I just flew over 1100 miles to visit my sister in the Cemetery on her birthday. She was so uplifting and the music immediately took my mind off my grief. The staff at Dollar rental exemplified great customer service! Kudos y'all... I'll definitely be back to do business!

The BEST customer service I've received at an airport rental car company!! I was able to get a last minute rental for an affordable price due to (enterprise) messing up my reservation. DOLLAR Saved our VACATION & put us into a NICE NEW CAR!! The rental deposit was $500.

Horrible. Waited for the shuttle for an hour - it NEVER came. Called them 3 times. Confirmed the pickup location twice (it's different than all the other rental car shuttle locations). All of the other companies' shuttles came many many times while I was waiting. Customer service reps kept telling me the shuttle was on the way every time I called. One of the two reps I spoke with was very rude. Also it's the only shuttle pick up location with no bench or chairs? Last thing anyone wants after a long day of traveling is to stand for an hour waiting to get a rental car. Ended up canceling and calling around the other rental companies until I found one with cars available. It took 10 minutes from the time I called Enterprise (while waiting at the Dollar pick up location) until I was sitting inside of a rental car at the Enterprise lot. Would never attempt to use Dollar again.

I reserved a rental car for a business trip out of town. I called customer service to ask deposit amount. I was told 250. The worker at the counter, who clearly looked high off some illicit drug informed me the deposit would be 600 instead of the original 250. Luckily I had also booked with Hertz, I went to them and received a vehicle with great service and no hassle. DOLLAR IS A JOKE

I had a great experience with them. They treated me with respect. They were courteous. The vehicle was clean. In fact I got a brand new Kia Kona.
