It's okay I've been going here for over a decade and it's a husband and wife and they're okay the husband is not that good at doing nails so it's best to make an appointment with the wife but other than that

I got a pedicure. A man did them. My pedicure was weird because he didn’t do what nails techs usually do when giving you a pedicure. I literally put one foot in the water and the other he started removing old gel polish. He didn’t add anything smell goods wise to the water just scrubbed my feet. As I’m sitting there I noticed how dirty the place looks. The chairs to get manicures were old and made of some kind of leather that was peeling. When the man was pushing back my cuticles I notice that the tool he was using on my feet, he used one end to scratch his head! He tried to use that end on my toes but I took my feet back and told him to get another one and he did.he got a new one from this machine that sanitizes the tools they use but I found it very disgusting and I questioned the sanitation system of the salon. The uv lights that were use to dry my nails was covered in old polish. He sat the tools he used , cuticle pusher, brush, and cheese grater (the tool used to scrape dead skin) next to him on a small table and I began to think if he even wiped the table off. When adding whatever solution to the pumice stone he used on my feet, the bottle that contained the soap/solution to clean my feet, the nozzle touched the pumice stone. I personally think that’s gross because my dead skin is coming into contact with that nozzle that he uses for other people. His nails
Looked dirty as he was slathering lotion on my legs and the way he went in between my toes with his fingers felt very weird. I don’t know, it just seemed off. I should have read the reviews before I came. I didn’t read them until the middle of my service. He took maybe an hour but it still felt rushed he was very rough with my feet at the end, I guess trying to massage them and pull at my toes and feet to get them to crack. It was just weird. I came because a friend recommended me but just from looking at the location and the outside of the salon it Q looks dirty looking. That will be the first and the last time. It was also weird how maybe two people came into the salon throughout my service so that says a lot. My friend told me the same thing. She enjoyed her service for some odd reason but ME? No. I guess you get what you pay for right? I don’t recommend coming here. I never had a pedicure and had some use the tools he’s using for my feet to scratch his head. Just nasty. Do better please

If I could I’d give 0 stars if would. This place is horrendous. Extremely unsanitary and dirty! They do not actively disinfect their utensils!!! The pedicure bowls are scummy and dirty. Which brings me to issue #2: I came in for a pedicure wanting to add a few acrylic toes. They did not start with cleaning my feet nor did that have the intent to do a full blown pedi! The man who started my nails had a horrible foundation. Did a sorry excuse of shaping and filing. The women came to finish by applying the acrylic. Mediocre was is an understatement, to say the least. So before she completed one entire foot I requested it to be removed. She began RIPPING off the dried acrylic instead of soaking it off. To the point one of my toes is very sore and practically bleeding.
I’m 100% sure if the health and sanitation department came do to an inspection, this business would guilty of multiple violations. This place is a chop shop and frankly disgusting. Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t put my feet in the bowl or allow them to finish the service, I’d probably have fungus or an infection.
Even if the craftsmanship is not the best, the cleanliness should always be #1. There’s a reason no one is in there when you pull up.
