i have had a roof leak and door leak for well over a year. I've sent multiple texts with photos and video proof and called many times. they refuse to fix it and continue to raise my rent every 6 months!!

This place was the worst storage place I've ever dealt with. Units are dirty and there's lots of bugs. Customer service is absolutely terrible anytime I had to ask them to do something I had to at least asked three to four times. When I went to go move out I gave them seven business days notice and they still didn't vacate me till 5 days after the new month trying to charge me for a whole nother month. I was also told I could park my vehicle next to my unit since there was a large concrete pad I had the vehicle parked there for only a couple days vehicle is license and shirt and everything they didn't bother to call and ask me whose vehicle was or reach out to me with email or any kind of communication they just towed it without any notification at all I was extremely extremely pissed.. your sign says they will tow vehicles but only dialect unlicensed unregistered Vehicles mine was not the above I plan on taking them to small claims court do not rent from here.

Best storage facility I've ever worked with!!I've been to others like Life Storage but nothing holds a candle here. The lady there, I can't remember her name but she was wonderful. This lady was on a cane still walking me around the property. A CANE!! That is some Chik Fil A leveler of service right there! 10 out of 10 would use again.
