Great customer service! Sales reps listen to your boot needs then recommend the best appropriate boot. Note that besides the Red Wing brand, Irish Setter, Vasque, and Worx (all owned by Red Wing) are available to try / purchase at the store. Exchanges are easy and welcome - ensure to inquire about return/exchange policy. BTW Sales reps will recommend based on need not on the most expensive... Quite the contrary. Highly recommend this location. I bought the Irish Setter Hopkins in brown / wide width (EE). Looking forward to using them.

After 5 years of automotive repair, I finally had to retire my first pair of Redwing boots. Over the 5 years they were in service they save my feet in many ways but most importantly was lack of foot fatigue after long days on concrete. I do recommend capping the boots if you take a knee a lot.
I bought the same boot without even thinking about it knowing the quality is worth it. Josh and Kaleb got me in and out quickly and reminded me of their awesome boot services and warranty.

Needed new boots emergently, bought from here 5-6 yrs ago and was happy with the service. Today's visit was even better! Came in for a pair of laces and a set off American flag lace tabs. Even though I wasn’t getting the items for a pair of Red Wings The gentleman that assisted me was great and super helpful. He could have tried to convince me to purchase a pair of new boots but didn’t even attempt to.
If your boot shopping and want to go to a place that will take good care of you and not pressure you to get the most expensive product Red Wing St. Ann is the place to go.

I was there today to purchase red wing moc classic boot for $309 and notice printed coupon for $25. I asked the sales person if I can use the coupon,since coupon was right there by checkout counter but he said no so I just left. This would have been 2nd pair of boots from this store! Was the sales person right?

Wasnt sure i was even gonna buy a pair but he didnt rush me or push at all. He let me know all the options available to me, and he found out what i needed and took the time to go through all that was available until i found the perfect fit
