Alot of people leave one star review but don't see how hard these people are working and the people they have to deal with. Everytime I come in i am greeted with a light and joyful atmosphere. Every worker I have talked to has been very attentive and kind when taking my order. I have yet to receive something I did not like at this starbucks compared to many others I have been too.

I have gone here many times because it is close to where I live and not out of my way to go to work but recently, the service has definitely gone downhill. They've messed up my order twice (two separate occasions) but this last time makes me not want to go to this location ever again. I ordered the new iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha, venti. It was a Saturday so it was already busy which was expected but after 20 mins in the drive thru I was given a drink that looked like regular brown iced coffee but on the sticker it said exactly what I said I ordered. I said its supposed to be green and she said here ill add matcha foam and even though her coworker said she did it wrong they both thought it was funny and gave it back to me then she slammed the window. I had my sons friend with us so I didn't make a big deal but I did go over to QT to throw it away because the lid she gave me had a huge size opening and got on the side of my van but I didn't realize it until I got out. Dont waste your time going to this location and go to the one down by Target instead. Better parking and better service. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this location.

This location Starbucks is starting to go down hill, it use to be a regular stop until the beverage started tasting really bad, I love a good Starbucks but it seems the staff is becoming so lazy or poor at the skills.

The service and atmosphere of this location has drastically changed, I normally come to this location for the nice employees but they have been very rude the last two days I went, also I was nearly hit by a car and the customer driving was very rude.. overall this location is becoming very ghetto and I will be going else where ….

Stopped here for coffee before hitting the road. They were out of skim milk. It took forever to move through the drive thru. I wasn't sure what the hold up was. Finally got our gingerbread and peppermint mocha lattes.

I go here every morning. The wait is long, and people tend to road rage in the parking lot because of how the parking lot is blocked by the drive thru. Overall, I hadn’t had an issue until this morning when I tried to pay with $100 bill. My bill came to about $30 and the lady told me I couldn’t “pay with that, not for that amount”. I then asked her “well, I guess I could just add $70 more on to the order”. She responded with a snarky “You can do that.” If you didn’t have change, you could’ve said that, but don’t tell me somethings impossible when it’s been done before.
