“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

Spend couple of thousand dollars with Roadside assistance and Love’s shops and still couldn’t figure out the problem until I got to Vanguard of St. Charles. Spoke to Robert, he was really friendly. Took me in, diagnosed my problem. Was in and out in less then an hour with 99$ bill. Great knowledgeable team with experience and professionalism. Will refer this place to anyone who is in trouble around St Charles area. Stay safe out there.”

“Their techs were fantastic; nice guys that understood the situation and were able to slide the Colorado out of our driveway with the use of plastic skids onto the bed of their truck. This was necessary because the transmission was in park and turning on the ignition switch to release it from park would have also turned on the fuel pump which was undesired due to an issue with the fuel system; turning on the fuel pump would potentially further damage the fuel system. 5/5 Stars for the two techs’ performance!”
