“Yes overall I’m happy with the service. My car drives like new. Although I got maintenance done brakes and tires no major repairs. I just spent more money they expected. But I’m pleased with the outcome. The shop lobby was very impressive it smelled so nice every visit there. That made it inviting lol.”

“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

To watch my car being loaded onto the truck and towed. away was unbelievably sad and hurtful. The tow truck driver took the time to say, " It's just a car..be glad you were not in the car at the time of the accident! "

“STS staff members and services are beyond remarkable. Not only do they repair vehicles, but they repair hearts, too. Many times I've seen STS open [their] hearts to provide peace of mind to make life a little easier for their customers, by doing an extra task without charging for it and allowing a vehicle to remain parked on the lot longer than usual. I can also attest to STS assisting a family dealing with a crisis. My personal experience was when I was offered a ride home until my car was repaired. Drew has always been honest when addressing the problems with my vehicle, and has never over charged me. The entire team has very good work ethics and great time management skills. The counter- clerks are outstanding; I appreciate their smiles, laughter, and putting up with frivolous behavior. I love them all!

“I contacted AAA for a flat tire, and the mechanic who came was courteous and quick. He worked for Hartmann's, so I chose to come here for the repair. I'm glad I did! The mechanics found the leak, plugged it, and switched my tire back in maybe 20 minutes. They were all friendly, including the receptionist, and the process was way less stressful than I thought it would be. I would definitely come here again!”

“He is friendly and courteous. He will have your car done in timely manner.Only setback if you need a motor replaced be patient it's takes him months to finish because he works on it between fixing other cars. I mean months 3 - 6 months.”

I went to them for over 16 years for my car repair needs (until I recently moved) and they never let me down. Their office manager, Rene'e, is also super friendly. “THEY WERE HONEST....I took my Pathfinder to Homestyle for an issue. They explained what repairs were necessary now and what could be taken care of at a later date. They could have told me it was all needed right now to get the most money now. Instead, they guided me. My truck is fixed, running well, and I am very satisfied. Will definitely use them again.”
