I saw the reviews and went expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. The reviews WERE WRONG! The building and grounds were super clean and organized. The staff was sweet and professional.

Now I see why your rating is so low. I paid $31.50 for a package to be sent next day delivery, arriving on Thursday 7/24/25. Today is 7/28/25, package not delivered and USPS has no idea where it is. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst location ever. Needs to be closed. Just went there to mail some things and arrived at 9:15AM. They open at 9. Not a single soul in sight. I wish I could not show up on time for my job and still get paid. Very frustrated to have to drive to a location away from my house when there’s one down the street

Hazelwood, Hazelwood, Hazelwood. That woman must have told me my package was in Hazelwood 6 times, and it wasn't. (You know, the one...) My package was at this particular location the whole time. She is mean for no reason, and I can't believe I had to give her a fake compliment in order for her to be nice. If you don't like customer service, GET OUT. Go in the afternoon when you can speak to the male who works there. As far as her...Terrible.

The USPS Branch in St Ann is the best around. I have to pass two other branches to get there but it is worth it for the service that you receive.

Trash location, its the holidays and folks have packages to ship out and during business hours they keep a hand written paper on the door saying closed 1:30-2:30 and when you return after 2:30 they have conveniently re-written the sign 2:30-3:30, this has happened almost everyday this week, I have a small business and need to get packages to my customers and this place is making that difficult! Also main door been broken for at least 6 months you have to walk around to the side of the building. Shut this dump down or get the place together!

They decide to deliver mail when they feel like it. Then when I drive to the post office myself to get my mail no one is working there either. Unbelievable.

I only ever seem to leave this place feeling defeated and confused. Had an issue with a package that was supposed to be held here (it wasn’t held, but that isn’t the fault of this branch). Based on everything I went through, the biggest issue with this place is that it’s just a retail location and they don’t really do anything here. Which of course is exceedingly frustrating if you’re trying to do anything but buy stamps or ship a package, but now I know! The employees here are pretty out of the loop on what’s going on with your mail, and can only direct you to call the hazelwood location. It’s just a bummer for real, I know the employees here must be limited in what they can help with, but it feels like they just want you to go away if you aren’t there for something basic. Calling hazelwood got me some traction in my issue, but in the end the package never made it to this branch for pick up due to miscommunication, and is on the way back to the sender. And I truly think all these crossed wires from different locations and carriers is the real issue.
