I was a product junkie before I finally found Abra Kadabra. I tried almost all of it. Custom made oils, supplements, shampoos, and conditioners. I took the online tests, consultations, and matchings. Some gave results but none could get me pass that neck length stage. I was skeptical when I started considering Abra Kadabra. The products are not cheap. Yet, I kept seeing testimonials after testimonials. They were all getting results. I moved in fear and tried the supplements. Those bad boys are the truth and nothing but he truth (90 day supply)! Then I added the shampoo and conditioner. My entire hair texture changed from thin and fragile to thick and full! So I drank the kool-aid and ordered the growth oil. My hair is not my hair as I once knew it. My hair now belongs to Abra because clearly she knows how to make hair grow long and full! Guess what, I just got my first 6 month sew in and I am anxious about my results. I didn't do what I was supposed to do so I am not sure what my results will be. Following Abra guided directions will dramatically determine your results. So wish me luck ??

I have brought the hair growth bundle with the shampoo, conditioner, detox, folic all so the hair growth supplement pills. They are all awesome and I love them very much and I truly love the shampoo and conditioner. It is very great Ladys for your hair, so great and will condition your hair it stimulates your roots, all of her products are great I recommend this if you’re having her loss problems my edges was completely bald, but when I starting to use these products they started to grow back and it was because I started using these products if I use them how I’m supposed to they will grow back even more.

UPDATE: Product was order on 2/16 and never received it. Customer service was not helpful at all. Stated she opened a claim and I never heard anything else. I reviewed my tracking and it was closed. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back. Again...I do not recommend. This experience was by far the worst I've ever had. She stated I deselected insurance and that was not the case.Ordered products and never received. Would not recommend

I used this service in the past and it was excellent.However, I recently booked an appt through customer service back in October. I last had the sew in back in 2019 and because I’ve had one before I wasn’t sure if I needed a consultation or not which is why I called customer service. I was told that I didn’t need a consultation because I’ve had a sew in before.I received a text message four days before my Jan 7 appointment saying that my appointment was canceled because I didn’t have a consultation. I called the number back and was told over the phone a mistake was made because the girl who made my appointment was new.I’m in a space in my life where I’m literally tired of having to think about my hair which is why I wanted a 6 month sew in.Luckily I was able to secure a spot with another salon, but it’s not okay to cancel someone’s appointment four days before the appointment and there’s no emergency.

I’ve been using their hair care products since August 2022. My hair feels excellent; there is a noticeable difference in the fullness even when flat ironed. Lastly, I’m incredibly impressed with the online customer service correspondence via email. For a small business, They do their very best to be as responsive as possible and accommodating with professionalism.

I had a consultation and it was a complete waste of time. The trichologist was eating chocolate during the consultation which was highly unprofessional. Nice lady but yea unprofessional.Buyer beware, it's not what you think it what they've promoted.I wish I could get my time and money back but things that are too good to be true, usually are.And please don't try to call them, they'll NEVER return your call. Waste of time and too good to be true.

Rude and unprofessional! My daughter had been looking very forward to her appointment with Jalisa. We waited 20 minutes before someone let us know she was “running behind”. After waiting 45 minutes…with ZERO greeting, acknowledgment or apology from Jalisa… we left. No one even attempted to reschedule us or apologize on her behalf. My daughter left in tears and very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Braids

Had my first install today. It came out so pretty. Jalisa did a great job. She’s so sweet. She took her time and installed it just like I wanted. My head feels so light. The install isn’t tight and the quality of the hair is light and airy. Met the owner (Abra) she was very nice also. I am so glad I found them when I did because I am having hair loss. Please do not purchase hair from this salon online. The closure arrived with multiple rips/tears in the lace. Unusable. I called, left voicemail, etc. No one EVER answered the phone or replied to the messages.Service: Curly hair

I purchased a lace closure and it arrived with rips and tears in the lace. I called and left voicemails- no one *ever* answered the phone or replied to my messages. The closure is unusable and I have no way to get any type of customer service.

I am on my 3rd sew in and I love it!! In between the 2nd and 3rd sew in I did the Hair Growth treatments and I see a huge difference in my hair. The products has my hair healthy. The stylists are very professional and nice.
