Store wouldnt match price that they have listed on line even though neither prices were on sale prices
What a rip off
Had to pay 30% more because i didnt buy it online
Should be against the law to gouge people

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions. I appreciate the work they do. The Walgreens staff in the store are always friendly and helpful as well!!

Corners of St Charles Rock Road and Ashby; The Pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired! I have to call EVERY MONTH to have them correct the auto refill order, for the same medication. Pharmacy techs are less than pleasant and I dread even having to pick up my meds there! I'll be changing pharmacies soon, very soon!?!

Slow. Constantly spending time on the phone trying to speak to a human about when meditation will be ready then waiting forever even though I called ahead and gave them extra half hour to get it ready.

I've only been waiting in the drive through for a simple Rx pick up for 25 minutes. Will be changing where I go.

First of all the drive thru at this location is AWFUL. It doesnt matter if I'm the first one there or the 5th.Not sure how cute convenient when you're sitting in line over 10 minutes. The techs are rude when they are at the window and last month I was only given half of my script. Luckily I caught it right then because I noticed there should have been way more and sure enough I was give 30 instead of 60. I called and ran back up there and the pharmacist gave me the rest all while the tech I'm assuming was bitching that it wasnt her fault, when I never said anything to her. This one is the closest to my house but I'm just done trying to go there for any kind of service. I wrote this while waiting in the drive thru and the same 2 cars are still in front of me waiting, so I'm going to CVS or Shop N Save probably. No more chances.
