If you need medication send it somewhere else like CVS or something. You’re way better off

You know...I am always doing GOOGLE reviews, not to always tell bad experiences but for good ones, also. Emily, in the pharmacy at this location is AWESOME! I really hope her manager along with others locations see this post.
Emily helped me get a medication for my daughter that I have waited weeks from the Wildwood location. My daughter really needs this medicine... Emily has accomplished in 30 mins what the Wildwood location hasnt in over 2 weeks. You can definitely tell her work ethics and joy for what she does. Thanks again Emily

I really like this Walgreens I go here everyday the employees are really friendly, and a lot of the time they have the best deals on groceries and everything in between. Also on a lot of the holidays they go all out. Sadly I'll be moving soon and will actually miss this Walgreens, but until then still at the top of my go to places/stores

I normally don’t do this unless someone is extremely rude. I called in to the pharmacy and EMILY answered very rudely. “ HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” I go on to tell her about how my prescription was sent in over 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything. While I’m saying this EMILY constantly interrupts me saying “ WHATS YOUR DOB, WHATS YOUR DATE OF BIRTH” and I mean repeatedly she kept saying it as I was talking. I paused, and said hello? She goes again “ I SAID what’s your DOB” I respond and ask whom I was speaking to. Emily shouts her name and I give her my DOB. She then continues asking the questions she needs from me in a rude tone. I let EMILY know that her interrupting and being rude was completely unacceptable and inexcusable. She seemed careless. I know we all have hard days but being rude to any customers is not okay. Being nice goes a long way.

Corners of St Charles Rock Road and Ashby; The Pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired! I have to call EVERY MONTH to have them correct the auto refill order, for the same medication. Pharmacy techs are less than pleasant and I dread even having to pick up my meds there! I'll be changing pharmacies soon, very soon!?!

The area that did not make me feel safe at all. There was a guy staring at me even in the other car made me terrified to get out to go in the store. Several of the isles were empty or next to empty. However, the staff was very friendly.

The worker I asked for some assistance with was obviously bothered that I asked her for help. (Rather, she was upset that she actually had to work.) I was treated as if I was dumb and incompetent. That is not how to treat anyone, anywhere.

This location in St. Ann is the worst. They need new management and to retrained the employees in customer service skills because the employees are rude could care less how they come to you. In the pharmacy area is even worst, they REALLY treat customers terribly, like you are bothering them when you come up to the counter. I have change my pharmacy to go somewhere else just to avoid this store and I live six blocks away!
