All the staff was great!! Shannon, and the others. I asked for her name specifically because she helped us find the deals however we were greeted by Sarah (I just made that name up) who gave us the run down on the background of the store and told us about the current promotions. It was a pleasant visit. Tyler was great too. Check the names. I know Shannon is correct but they all need their praise.

Great experience. Didn't have everything i wanted but the store sales person on duty was great. Very personal able and very good with all the questions I had. Will definitely be going back to the St. Charles MO store again.

Always get greeted & they offer good advice. Everyone seems to like working there. Not mention a lot of stuff is priced fairly cheap & high quality. BTW. There boots are highly impressive. If you haven't, try them on.

When we finally eat arrived in T was hard to get help. We were elderly and struggling to find boots for husband. After awhile a new female employee came in and she was amazing. So kind and helpful. Had that been the case throughout our visit may have rated differently. That being said the at least hour we were there I did not see a customer that required our level of help. I’m tremendously grateful for the female clerk who helped us out.

I can’t say enough about how awesome this place is… I originally thought it wasn’t my style of anything… but they have all sort of awesome stuff.. the Pants are just Built Different if you have an active job or lifestyle.. they are beyond comfortable and extremely durable. today I didn’t plan on purchasing anything was just gonna go look… but Gideon and Shawn were so awesome and beyond nice I had to buy something…. Thanks GIDEON for answering all my question and for bringing that Southern Hospitality!! 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH.. in todays market where employees don’t care at ALLLL… I can say that rule does not apply here…Top notch customer service.. GO CHECK THEM OUT !!! Ask for Gideon or Shawn

This place was great! Staff let me know as soon as I walked in the a line of pants called ridge was 50% off and only $55 today only. Saved me the hassle of looking around at anything. You want $110 for pants they better be made in the USA.
