They were able to come out for a quote fairly quickly and the staff was great during their visit, however it has been over a month since their visit, and despite repeated phone calls to follow up, I have still yet to receive my quote for the project. I keep getting told that they are still working on it.
I was ordinally told that I would have the quote back in 3-4 days, it has been closer to 4 weeks at this point. Seemed like a good company, but the turn around time seems much slower than I would have expected.

We had our sliding glass patio doors replaced by House Doctors today. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I have referred them to my daughter and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!!!

I have utilized their services numerous times, and each experience has been more than fantastic! They are all wonderful there, but I would like to thank Ryan, in particular, as he has been the one who has helped me with several assembly projects, for which I have hired House Doctors, STL. House Doctors Lee, Alex and Jeremy came out and removed an old patio door and replaced with new doors. They were on time, very efficient and cleaned up beautifully when finished.

I responded to an ad. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and the cabinet base needed replaced along with an exterior board. House Doctors was able to send someone out quickly who gave us an estimate and was able to take a sample of the exterior board in order to match the rest of the cabinets. He explained everything and was friendly and professional. Once the materials were in, House Doctors scheduled an appointment for the repair. Ryan worked hard and was very efficient in his work. The board that he had to install matched the rest of the cabinets! We were so pleased with his work. The estimate was accurate. Communication with the office was easy. We highly recommend House Doctors for any project that one would need completed!

I found this company on thumbtack. I had a particularly challenging project, I needed an area of my house that overhangs the foundation sealed up underneath. There is little working space to get to the area needed making the job difficult. I had been through numerous other companies that tried to talk me out of doing it or just flat out refuse. House doctors came out said they could get the job done, although challenging they would figure it out and they did. The area is sealed up tight with pressure treated wood. All aspects of hiring this company from start to finish were great. They kept in constant communication, showed up on time, did the work as promised to good quality and their pricing was very fair the work they did. 10/10 would hire them again for a project I don’t think I can tackle myself.

We hired House Doctors to rebuild our deck, repair drywall and install lighting. They were very professional. The jobs were done timely and efficiently. High quality work. We have already scheduled them for additional jobs around our house.
