My mother is going through stage four cancer and is in treatment. She called these people to purchase a new dryer. Well, they came by took her broken dryer and replaced it with a new one. She hasn’t even had it barely a year and a damn things already broke down on her. This place sucks.

I purchased a laundry center, washer dryer combo, from Appliance Discounters for my business. Purchase price was less that area big box stores, salesman was very helpful and knowledgable and delivery was scheduled 6 days. Delivery men were very professional, they got the installation done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend this company.

Armando helped me with my purchase of a new washer. He was absolutely fantastic. This was a big purchase for our family, and normally one would like some time to price shop and research models, features, etc., but we were in a pinch and needed one fast. Even though it was a quick, Armando took his time to help make the purchase effortless. I was able to get one right off the showroom floor and he helped me load it into our vehicle. Armando, thank you so much for all your help.

I shopped the local ‘big hardware’ stores and Appliance Discounters had the best price for what we were looking for. Unlike the big hardware stores, they actually had it in stock. Good job, I’ll be back.

This store is a rip off . We bought a refrigerator 6 months ago and it is not working. We had to finance and still for it.They referred us the manufacturer company which LG. Our refrigerator has out for 20 days. LG has been giving us the run around.If I could give them something less than one star I would.This is not over yet though . I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

We purchased an Double Wall Oven. Armando was excellent in giving us options that can fit within the existing opening while minimizing additional installation work. The installation, by Dave Onkle, was trouble free. Highly recommend Appliance Discounters for range of products and hands-on assistance in making appropriate choice.

I had a 30 minute wait to get a haircut so I walked into Appliance Discounters in St. Charles. Greg walked up to me to help and I told him I had recently bought a house and was interested in buying new appliances. I had no idea what style I was looking for. Greg, who was very knowledgeable, patiently explained everything to me. I ended up purchasing a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. I was very pleased with the service Greg provided and I would definitely refer my family/friends to him as well as purchase through him in the future.

Called them on Monday for a specific model, and the nice woman (can’t remember her name!) let me know availability and all the info to pass on to my property management company. It was just installed by said company and now I can use an oven again! All within 48 hours and it would have been sooner if the prop management could have moved any quicker.
