I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. “We left the Lowe’s outlet off the rock road because the service was terrible. We looked up this place and stopped through on our way back home. We are ever glad we did. We found the washer and dryer we wanted and the service was great. They even offered to deliver to our new home the day we close. Exceptional service highly recommend”
