Ricki Follmer, the owner of this business, asked me to send him money for supplies and never delivered the supplies or showed up to do the job. He then stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I will be taking legal action.

Unresponsive, unreliable, and when I accidentally paid him twice via CashApp he accepted the duplicate payment knowing it was an error and kept the money anyway.Always had an excuse for no responding or showing up. I gave him several chances. Never again.

I used this service on a whim on Saturday night after failing to remove a shower cartridge and breaking it off inside the tubing. Came out within the hour of receiving my phone call, was straight to business, got it removed and replaced, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.Service: Faucet repair
