Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Both the manager and assistant manager refused to offer any kind of solution when the problem was with their online system and they became very argumentative.

Ivyy was the one that helped us. She was there when we got there at 730, 30 min before close and I wanted to add my dad into my account. A new line. The first thing she said was this can't be done by 8 pm and she was not willing to look at my account to see if I could get an upgraded phone because she definitely wouldn't have time for that. She seemed to no have the knowledge to help me at all and so I asked if anyone else was there to help and she said no. Why would you put someone closing at a store if they don't have the knowledge to help your customers? Not good customer service!

I have been to this store twice, the staff is surly and unhelpful. Their attitude is you're inconveniencing them by asking for help. Terrible service at this location.

I strongly recommend not to take services from AT&T, you will get the wrong information from the store then after the one month billing cycle, you will wonder different amount of the on the bill and then you will call the customer service. They will tell you another information. Also, they will say they don’t responsible what told you the representative at the store and they can’t do anything. They will tell you that’s not your fault. That’s not their fault and not responsible for anything that representative explained
to you, but you should pay over. That is really insane. Welcome to AT&T.

Shopper beware! Keith told me he would give me a phone case for free for upgrading my phone. He actually created a second payment plan for the accessories. To which I know have to pay for. Secondly, my trade in phone is missing. The store has not shipped my phone and the two times I have come to the store to address these issues were atrocious. Sunday 7/21 the store door was closed with a “be back in 5 sign” I waited 20 minutes, worker shows up with food and opts to eat while telling me she can’t help me and to come back when the store manager is there. She also notes that it appears Keith did not even set up the trade in at all after handling my phone with her foodie hands.
My arrival on 7/23, at the time defined as the store managers hours, he is not there and no one has seen him. I am told “he either took a really long lunch or he’s left early”. I’ve called and tried to get the district managers information and the helpdesk keeps hanging up on me.

I am a 72 years old female who has no patience with the new technology with these new cell phones. My grandson cell phone was broken and we needed him to have a replacement ASAP. I went to this location and was greeted by Dena, this young lady was so pleasant and knowledgeable about promotions and which phone would be suitable for a nine year old. Dena took her time and transferred his broken phone data to his new phone and made sure the phone was working correctly before I left the store. I appreciate her very much. Great employee.
