It is with great sorrow that I write this review. Over the years I've had excellent service from all the AutoZones I've visited, having bought many products from them totaling over $1000 while recommending everyone I knew to AutoZone for their auto supply needs, but that is going to change. The last few times I've been in this AutoZone I've received abysmal service. When I've ask for assistance for a product they offer no help. When they are out of a certain product they give no apology or information as to when the product might be back in stock. The service I receive when I'm checking out is disgraceful, they talk to you with an attitude when you ask questions and have no respect. Yesterday they locked their front doors for no reason around 7pm cst forcing incoming customers to wait outside with no indication when they would reopen even though their website says the store is open till 10pm cst on Fridays. I'll be shopping at Advance Auto Parts from here on out, which wasn't that hard of a switch due to the excellent service they just gave me the first time I visited there.

I had a horrible experience with a manager here. I bought a few items I needed and ended up not needing them. Didn’t open or use anything and tried to return. They gave me no issue with returning them other than the manager that helped me tried to skip items and cheat me out of money. I ended up not having the same card I used the day before anyway so didn’t get any of my money back. Ended up leaving and taking it all with me to try again another day. Came back and had to deal with the same manager. Ended up getting $26 out of my original $70+ order back and left every single thing on that receipt at the store unused because I was so insanely frustrated. He also lied and said that the previous day he had returned some of the items from the receipt and didn’t keep them (which is strange because I didn’t have the original card) and the return charge would hit a few days later. It did not. Will never return to this location.

Need battery, give the info, guy brings battery. I say it looks too small, he says this is what it calls for & grabs another the same size. I say I need to measure, he stands waiting, I tell him those are 2 inches smaller than the one in car, he gets the right one. Normal Autozone employees walk with you to verify, is this guy just lazy or did Autozone change
Older- 3 people standing and nobody helps the new guy helping me. Very slow process.

I went in the get a light for my vehicle. Friendly person greeting me and asked what was going on and I said I think my tail light is out and she went out and checked it out. That was it. Then she said I can take care of that. She changed my light out for me and was super nice. Best service. Her name is Whitney she is the best!!

Best service I’ve ever received at an auto parts store, bar none. Whitney found me what I needed, gave advice, told me of a sale I needed and even helped me install. Profoundly great service!!!

This incident happened at 02/15/2024 around 8:23pm. I walked in and there was two guys working up in front. One had an afro and other had black hair. I wanted to but a charger however they didn’t have the one I need. Later I used the store bathroom, one of the employees thought it be a good an idea to bang on the door, let you know there’s two bathroom. Once I walked out, I didn’t buy anything, I’m assuming because of that one of the employee yelled “beep” as I walking out. Thinking I stole something. As soon as they did they both went under the table and start laughing. This is unacceptable. Shame on them!

I showed up needing a new car battery. The gentleman who helped me was so kind. He even changed the battery for me in negative degree weather.
