The two guys that “worked” last night were of no help at all. My husband called for them to put on hold a wrench for his oil change and they gave me the completely wrong part not to mention when I went in to pick it up they were supposed to have it on hold, they weren’t even busy and forgot.
They both had attitudes and looked at me like o was dumb for being a woman walking in there. Like you have a job to help people with parts and you have no idea what anything is and you have an attitude about it. Poor customer service

Store hours on google say 7:00 am. Store front says 7:30. Got here at 7:05 to purchase a jump box. The manager saw me, tapped his wrist watch and would not let me in, went to nothern tool.

Stopped by to swap out a battery, this location refused to do perform the install. They stated this was due to low staff but the store was empty. Poorest customer service I’ve ever had an Autozone. Have had multiple batteries swapped with no issues in the past.

Why am I giving these guys a phone number and email with every transaction if they don't keep record of your tickets? Getting a receipt reprinted is impossible? What year is this?

Ken at this location was amazing and went above and beyond in my opinion! I chose this Auto Zone location because it scored highest on Yelp compared to the other two nearby locations. I have a 2015 Camry with headlight covers so worn that it's hard to see at night on dark roads (unless using bright setting). I can get the headlamp assembly replacements for roughly $100 online but two different shops quoted me roughly $350 for labor (due to necessity of removing bumper). Ken came out to my car to see how much is actually involved to reach the headlight assemblies. He brought out his ratchet set. He spent enough time to give a reasonable estimate of 1.5 hours total for the entire job. So, $350 definitely sounds overpriced! I can see why this location has such a high customer service rating. (I will mention that the other young man, who actually rang up the reasonably priced restorer kit Ken suggested - $15! - was not very personable, but Ken more than made up for that, so I am going with 5 stars!

Good selection, good prices. At times the counter guys/girls only know what their computer says, but I have been there and really needed guidance and they have helped me, even if it meant not buying a product from them. They are my go-to parts store because of the genuine help they provide.
