Over the weekend I had great service at the gun counter. I left a great review for the gentlemen that helped me and made sure I had everything I needed. I returned during the week to pick up my purchase and was basically ignored for 20 minutes. I went on my break expecting to be in and out since I was only picking up something I already purchased. In my opinion it was a crap show. I guess the employee in plain clothes waiting for approval was more important. They could multi task, I saw it done on a busy weekend. Took 40 minutes to get out of there.

If there was a zero I put it it. I was very appalled at one of the employees here today. Coming through the asile and he wasn't willing to move while I have a baby in the cart. So I squeeze through the middle of the asile as he say "you'll fit". And I said it would've been easier if you moved but whatever then proceed to tell me I could use the extra steps. As my very first time there I will not be going back and then he couldn't even come to me and apologize but walked away after other employees came to the issue.

Every single time we have gone to this store the timeshare salesmen are extremely obnoxious and harass us to a ridiculous degree. It's truly unbelievable that management lets this happen, as I'm sure we're not the only ones they've permanently lost as a customer as a result. Plenty of places you can shop at that do not include this terrible experience.

Was trying to enjoy the blue channel catfish in the fish tank but we were spotted by a sales agent through the fish tank. This is what I imagine a fish sees before an eagle swoops down and catches it 🦅 We couldn’t swim away fast enough lol 🐟
It would be acceptable for a sales agent to give us the pitch and then after we said no… leave us alone but she started filling out information for us to pay without asking first.
I thought it was pushy and eventually rude. I said thank you for giving us the information but we would need time to think about it before we decided on something like this. She assumed we were married, asked about our income and why we couldn’t pay right now, pointed out the things in my shopping cart (I only had a pile bc I needed to try things on).
She didn’t even say goodbye, have a nice when we finally walked away. She just said
👩🦳: okay 😒 …
We quickly tried on the pants I was looking at (none fit btw and why are there no khaki work pants selection for WOMEN?! I’m having the hardest time finding any that fit well for my job.) Then we raced out of the store as fast as possible 🐠
Probably won’t be back any time soon ✌️
I don’t like being bothered while I shop.

I went in at 825 pm to buy a gun. The gun cou ter people told me they do not process applications after 8 pm. I spoke with the store manager, and he told me that was not true.! They are lazy and are coating this bass pro location, thousands in lost sales and upsetting customers like me. I defended this country for over 25 years in the Navy and never once said it's to late to defend their rights to be lazy!

Spent over an hour trying to purchase a firearm while waiting. Went through background check. The fishing license is had that had been printed off from bass pro shops had part of my address cut off and even though they orginally said it was fine last minute were unable to take it and unable to print me a new one

Can't believe Bass Pro thinks so little of their customers. They had an employee keeping customers in the extremely very long checkout line in order. Instead of getting them checked out and on their way. We went somewhere eles.

Workers have really forgotten that they are there to help the people coming into BASS PRO , THEIR VERY RUDE UNHELPFUL... I WOUNDER WHY THEY EVEN HAVE A JOB THERE IF THEY DONT LIKE WORKING THERE ....

I went to this bass pro to purchase items that showed as in stock online. I showed up and the archery manager recommended items that were specifically not recommended by the manufacturer. I showed him what was recommended and that it should be in stock, and he said if it wasn’t on the shelf they didn’t have it. He said it was pretty common for people to order things online for pickup and those same items not to be available in the store. I went to a second employee who disappeared into the back to find those items to never return. I went to the customer service desk and the lady was nice and friendly but came back 15 minutes later and told me the items they showed as in stock must have walked out the front door despite showing 11 of the items I wanted in inventory. She was super nice but I’m not sure why they post inventory online when it’s extremely inaccurate.
