brought two suits in that were custom but needed some alterations. Best altered the pants, sewed the buttons onto the sleeves in a staggered pattern and cleaned the suits. The suits look great!

This place is about a dollar more than their competition (for hem jeans) but a MUCH better turn around time. I was thrilled with the work, the turnaround time, the check in and check out went smoothly. This seems to be a family run business which makes me even happier. I brought three new pairs of dress pants (from suits) for hemming to these folks last spring just when covid was starting. When he measured, i told him i wanted full break, so if anything they should be a little long. Since church had been canceled before i had a chance to wear any of them, i didn't try them on until recently. That's when i found out they were hemmed too short! I took them in (admittedly a year later) to get them let out as much as possible and explained the situation. He was happy to let them out. FOR $51! He blamed me for accepting his original measurement. How, in the name of Pete, am i supposed to know that he was marking the pants correctly when he measured them? I am dumbfounded that he blamed me and then refused to fix HIS MISTAKE unless i paid again. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Mistakes happen. Heck, I make mistakes! There are too many good business owners that understand how to rectify problems in a fair manner to justify going back there ever again.

Had a great experience getting a bridesmaids dress altered here. The gentleman who helped me had my dress ready in 3 days! So quick and the quality is great. Will be coming back in the future!

$17 for jean hemming !?!?
I just moved from the North East (Philly/NJ area) where everything is expensive, and this is $5 more than I have ever paid in the “expensive” North East.

I had a suit jacket and slacks altered. They did a great job and turned it around quickly without an "express charge". Pricing was very reasonable compared to other local shops. Service was friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

You would think that writing a review for a dry cleaners seems odd. But when the folks that own and run it are some of the nicest people ever you just have to say something good. Not only do they do an awesome job with your clothes, they are so nice to talk to. We used to own a condo down the road and work in the area so this place was convenient for us. We quickly learned that it wasn't only the convenience that keeps us coming back. We now work in various locations sometimes 2 hours away. But our weekly stop close to the Cottleville area makes it so we can still have our dry cleaning done here. Great place and great people!!!

Their name perfectly describes them. I drive almost 30 min just to use them. I've never worried about my clothes or alterations being messed up. This company has the best service and they're always smiling.

I go out of my way to take my dry cleaning to Best. They do an excellent job, and the owners are lovely, polite people. I've never had any problems, and I usually leave smiling, because it's nice to be treated well! I've also had minor alterations done, and they did a fine job. Despite the fact that there is a dry cleaner down the street from my home, Best Cleaners has my business.

Quick turn around and nice workers. I went in with a pair of pants that were multiple sizes too large - knowing nothing about the tailoring process. The man who helped me was quick to guide me through. I picked up my pants today and they fit perfectly. I was initially worried by the few negative reviews, but most positive experiences do not post a review. If you need some quick alterations - this is the place to go.
