UNLIMITED IS NOT UNLIMITED! I work outdoors and basically have music playing all day long. Today they brought my data to a damn near stop. Took forever just to load this screen. I called them and they said I reached my cap??? WHAT CAP!? Why am I paying for unlimited if it's not unlimited? Lawyers calling me back tomorrow morning to discuss this. Sounds like you guys making the same mistake at&t made. They have lost all of these types of lawsuits or settled out of court.
Update: I don't know if the lawyer did something or they got ahead of it, but I haven't had my data throttled back since the above statement a couple months ago. Not changing my reviews and the lawyer sent my info to another place that's already doing a class action suit for this. Recommend everyone join if you get the letter in the mail. Should be an easy win like against at&t and spectrum. I got a $2k check from at&t when I joined that suit

I had an issue with my Motorola g play phone and the guys working the counter said there hundreds of complaints about the last auto update with Motorola phones and that it wasn't the phone it was the hardware on Motorolas end....and only way to solve it was to do almost 3 hrs of trouble shooting with customer svc which wouldn't work and the get a ticket for an engineer to solve it or get a new phone....I was steered toward a Samsung Galaxy a23 which was kind of pricey but since I had my phone for over 9 months I qualified for the upgrade price which took off over a 100 dollars...I was very happy to hear that and bought the new phone a case and screen protector I have been very pleased with new phone and will recommend them in future

So I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two weeks now and have had no success because their service has been down. I just recently called the store to turn around and talk to someone to get some help because none of the other boost mobile stores are answering their phone the manager here turned around and told me that it was not his problem to call customer service and hung up on me and refuses to answer the phone. Very very poor service.

Stopped in there this morning and was helped by Ibrahim. Having done troubleshooting with boost customer service it was determined the sim card could be faulty so I went in to have it checked. I have been unable to use internet when I'm not on WIFI. Ibrahim kindly put my sim in his own phone and my sim WORKED. So not a sim issue, I was ready to call Apple. He then said I am seeing this and pointed to the VPN showing at the top of my screen. He said that could be preventing my ability to search when not on wifi. He removed the VPN from my phone and WOOHOO!! All was right with my IPhone 13 again! He was patient and kind and solved my issue. He's a real asset to this location and I'm glad he was available for me. I've never had an issue at this location--HIGHLY RECOMMEND--Ask for Ibrahim, the IPHONE guy!!

I have been going to this same Boost Mobile for over five years. I have purchased five phones over the years and the same two guys working there has always been helpful in assisting me with setting up my new phones since I'm not tech savvy. This time, they didn't want to help me with the phones new features that I didn't understand. The salesman told me he's not tech support. I didn't need tech support, I needed someone to show me how to use/activate certain features. The man refused. I've known these guys for years. They have turned into terrible customer servicemen. If you're not able to help/demonstrate features of the phones you sell, then you need to get out of the business. BTW, this new phone won't store passwords even though the option is turned on. Again, they won't help. The guy referred me to the insurance policy which I didn't buy. The phone is 5 days old. The phone is not functioning the way it is advertised. Why is this an insurance issue? The phone wasn't dropped in the toilet or ran over? The phone should have worked right out of the box. So what's the problem to either help me or exchange for a phone that works. I always pay in full for my phones, I'm not some deadbeat who can't pay for his phone service! Why are you guys treating me like one? Maybe it's time to go else where! There's too much other phone service competition out there to continue with Boost Mobile and be given lousy customer service and poor excuses.
