I am leaving a review for my phone call conversation that I had with a lady at the shop when I called in to inquire about ordering a funeral arrangement for a client of mine.
I am also writing this review NOT on behalf of my company but myself.
I called in and wanted to request information for a funeral arrangement to be sent to a funeral home. I advised the lady who answered the phone my name and company I am with and that I was calling in on behalf of my client.
The lady said “so hold on, you are calling in on behalf of your client? Why doesn’t your client just call in themselves?”.
To be honest that is not for you to ask, you should be asking me questions that pertain to the funeral arrangement that I wanted to order. I felt that was a bit of an attitude and I made the call not to continue with the phone call and thanked her for her time and disconnected the call.
I called another flower shop within the area and the lady who answered the call was more then happy to assist me and asked the questions needed to finish the flower order and got a nice sale out of it!

For decades we have used Buse's for all our floral needs. We recently lost a family member and we needed flowers delivered quickly. As usual Sharon came through for us. Our arrangement was absolutely on point and was actually beyond our expectations. Kudos to the crew at Buse's! Great service and value.

I'm only giving a 5 star rating because there aren't anymore stars to give. On Valentine's Day my wife unexpectedly had to go to work at a new location. The delivery man (Antoine) called when she wasn't where she was supposed to be and then took down her new address and delivered it there. I'm truly impressed. Thank you very much.

I'm sitting outside your front door. You have an employee still in the store even though I realize you're closed. I'm trying to place an order for a January 2nd delivery. They won't even answer the phone to take my order. Thank goodness I found a more reliable and professional florist in the area.

I can’t say enough about the stunning floral arrangements for my partner’s memorial service. She went above and beyond to make exactly what I was requested. (No other florist cared enough and would only use what flowers they had on hand) I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she wrote down each flower to order. And the prices were the most reasonable of any other shops in the area as well. I can say I have never had such an amazing experience at any florist before. She even delivered them on a Sunday. I will definitely be sending business that way!
