The grooming department is so unreliable. This is the second incident I have had with camp bow wow. The first one, the owner scheduled me, I show up, they have no appointments scheduled so no groomer. The second attempt to use bow wow, I made an appointment for 12:30, it was confirmed. I go to drop my dog off and was told the appointment was at 10:45 and the groomer was gone. No, call to see if I was coming. It’s just very frustrating, I had. Blocked time out of my schedule to drop off and both times resulted in zero grooms.

This is the best doggy day care we have ever brought our pups to. The first thing I noticed is that it did not smell at all and neither did our pups when they came home. The outdoor option also won us over and we know it did our pups too. They are sooo excited when we pulled up in the car and they never act like that. We will never go anywhere else!!!

My experience at Camp Bow Wow has been nothing but positive. Everyone is friendly and takes a personal interest in your dog's care. I have used several of their services, including Dog Daycare, Boarding and Training.
When I dropped my two puppies off for their Camper interview in May, I assumed everything would go well, and they would be ready to start Dog daycare immediately. I got a call two hours later from Raegan, the trainer, telling me they pulled them from camp because they were so afraid, but that she wanted to help.
I have gone through several different types of training with Raegan, including Advanced Training, Play & Train and Private Lessons. I have seen quite a change in my puppies. She is very patient with them, and she has given me several tips as they grow into different stages.
If you want a place to leave your dogs, knowing that they will be well taken care of, Camp Bow Wow is where you want to take them.

I am always extremely pleased with leaving my dogs at Camp Bow Wow St. Charles! The live cameras definitely show me how happy my pups are while being boarded & playing with the other dogs! It is truly wonderful to be able to take a vacation knowing they are well taken care of!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our dog LOVES going to play at Camp Bow Wow. The location is convenient for us, and drop-off/pick-up couldn’t be easier.

My dogs always have a good time at Camp Bow Wow. It says a lot to me if I ask the dogs if they want to go to camp and they get more excited than asking if they want to go on a walk! I feel like the workers there all love the dogs and know them by name. Its great for me because I know they are getting socialized and are worn out at the end of the day!!
