“Basye's Flooring Co just completed a hardwood flooring project for us. It was living room, dining room and kitchen with carpeting in the bedroom. We loved the quality of the products we selected. Everything from our sales experience with Matt, and Mary the office manager, to the excellent installation by Andy and Cory was more than we expected. This was a very high quality installation, down to the clean up and organizing before they left every night. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Planning on another project next year. If you like dealing with a small company and personal attention this is it!

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My entire process with Beseda has been amazing. It started in the showroom where the team walked me through all my choices, and really helped me to pick out my floor and color. They quickly came out to measure and give me a bid. Since I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel, I didn’t have a firm install date. But it was supposed to be mid-May to early June. So I signed my contract in April and they said they would work with me to hold the materials until I have the go ahead. Of course, with all remodels, my mid-May kitchen install date turned into mid-August. Brian was delightful and worked with me and held the floors for those additional 3 months with no complaint. Then when I finally had the install date, he worked to fit me in to coordinate with my cabinet installer, on very short notice. I could not believe how he worked with me to get this done.

Ron and Todd, my installation team, went above and beyond. They were complete perfectionist. When removing my old floors they took care in making sure the cabinets weren’t damaged so I could sell them. They also found a ring that I had been missing for years. They were also so kind and I loved having them around for the few days they were here.

At the end of the day, my floor looks amazing. The color is exactly what I was wanting. And even though the kitchen remodel has not gone so smoothly, the floors were a complete dream to get done. I will never use anyone else for my flooring!”
